Many of us, admit it or not, are very conscious when it comes to our face. Some spends a lot of money just to keep their skin glowing and healthy, while others are just making use of natural remedy.

Each one of us has a different skin type. What works with other may not work from you. That is why you should know your skin type before using something to lighten up or make the skin of your face healthier.

Oily skin is the most pimple-prone type of skin. The gland known as sebaceous glands produce too much oily sebum that is why, oil comes out from the face.

However, there are natural ways we can do to make our skin looks good.

The following are some of the natural remedies you can use to have a healthy looking skin. It is still up to you if you will use them. It is still better to contact a dermatologist if you want to make sure, but of course it requires considerable amount of money.

Before using the natural remedies, it is recommended to wash your face gently and properly.

When washing your face, use alcohol-free cleanser. Wash our face daily, during in the morning and at night. Do not use strong cleansers because they might irritate the skin.

To properly wash our face, wet it with warm water, then apply the cleanser. Gently rub the face by using our fingers then rinse it afterwards.

  1. Use Ice Cubes

By using ice cubes, it helps to reduce the size and inflammation of pimples. It also helps to reduce the redness and make it less noticeable.

  1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water

By staying hydrated, your face will also be hydrated. This is very important to stay fresh.

  1. Use aloe vera

Aloe vera is known to have acne fighting contents. It is commonly used in acne treating products. Well, since it is natural, I think there's no need to worry. But, if you have a very sensitive skin. Do not push yourself to try it.

There are also ways to avoid having wrinkles and pimples.

  1. Avoid stress

If you feel uncomfortable for something, do not get sad. Always smile and avoid the things which can cause you stress.

If you are still a student like me, do not pressure yourself. Just always be who you are and do what you can do. Do not expect too much to avoid being stressed. Most importantly, avoid cramming because cramming is a one great source of stress.

  1. Eat plenty of fruits

Fruits are not just for special occasions. We can eat them everyday. They contain special nutrients to keep our skin healthy. One good example is the papaya.

  1. Sleep Early

If you really want to look fresh, sleep early. Have at least 7 hours of sleep. If you are a student, it is of course hard to follow it since we have lots of requirements to do during at night which is the free time for us to do the pile of requirements.

Anyways, if you have no assignments to be passed the next day, sleep early. Do not spend your time watching dramas, you better sleep already.

  1. Exercise regularly

Do this to help not just to be physically fit, but also to feel active always and to have positive outlook in life.

  1. Don't touch your face

Never ever touch your face using your hand most especially if you hold something for a relative long time. Bacterias are everywhere that is why it is of great importance to always follow this rule.

Skin care routine differs among us. Some spend too much just to have a healthy looking skin, and to avoid pimples which is a major problem of teenagers because it leads to lose confidence.

Fortunately, there are natural remedies at home that can also be effective. The home remedies stated in this article may not work for everyone, but they just might be worth a try.

Water lang sakin, nitey ko na dati yang aloe vera sa face, ayos naman sya talaga sa mukha, kaso tamad ako kaya tinigilan ko na, tapos yung ice ganyan din gamit ng classmate ko, kinis ng face nya ee.
