Hardwork and is it worth??

Everyone knows what hardwork is and most of it believes and devotes themselves but still in the world there are people even among us who doesn't like to put effort. So is it worth?? Let's see an example and you decide yourselves that whether it is worth or not? As everyone knows that the most basic thing for survival is food and are grown in field. Let's say there's a farmer family. His job is to collect the appropriate seed according to the area where he lives, the soil quality, the availability of water for irrigation, the atmosphere, the humidity and many more. What he does is he puts an effort for the day zero itself. He is determined that he will cultivate a certain crops and will feed his family along with the people around his locality or his country or the world itself when it is exported. He first does is makes the the field ready for plantation, he plants the seed then adds water and natural or industrial made insecticide or pesticides according to the demand and he does this not a day or two. It's a long process that demands non-stop effort along with his vision that " after this step there's this and so on" he does it day by day, weeks, months. But sometime everything doesn't goes according to plan and due to environmental factors he gets sad. Maybe due to weather change or climate, heavy rainfall more than required or less than how much is required, or cattle grazing and many more. So his crops is destroyed. Then what he does is starts the process and it goes on and on, it doesn't stops a min or hour or day and he's constantly putting his effort. Finally the day comes when he harvest the crops, he feeds his family and sells them and brings necessary things for himself, his family and also the field cause his field is where he puts his hardwork and he gets his prize. Ultimately he gets that happiness that satisfaction, that smiles that's more than any thing cause he spent his every drop of sweat for that particular day. So giving effort in doing something is always worth. It's never late to start from zero. Even a millionaire or billionaire started from zero and they are at their post cause of those sleepless night, those effort that they keep doing what they loved. And it came to them. So YES, HARDWORK PAYS AND ITS WORTH MORE THAN ANYTHING IN THE WORLD.
