Is It Possible To Print On 600 T-Shirts Before 10 Days ( Part 2 )
Day 4 ( January 22th )
So we tried our best and we achieved 75 by the end of day 3, So now its day 4..
We woke up as early as possible, we didn't bother eating or brushing lol...
We just started working like a slave, so we then set a 1hr timer to see how many we can achieve within an hour...
Unfortunately we were so damn slow coz we got distracted by the television, surprisingly we achieved 50 more before afternoon , though we know that we are behind schedule...
We continued working but after some hours we decided to take a break, within that period we had to clean up and then get something to eat... We took more 30mins break after eating, its already late and its getting close to midnight and we were done with all navy blue t shirts..
We decided to take some rest, day 4 was already over, its day 5 midnight we woke up and we both watched a movie together before sleeping again... We slept for more than 5 hours before engaging on the next color of T-shirt...
Next color: Ash, Day 5 ( January 23rd )
We had to double heat all the ash coz the heat temperature wasn't enough, this means we are slacking behind coz after heating the first time we allowed it to cool off and then we hit again... The reason is it allow the design to last much longer than its meant to...
It took about 2hrs before we achieved 50 coz we were out of energy so the work was slow at the moment, we had to fold all the ones that were done before taking a break..
My boss was the one doing the folding while I was heating the remaining ash left, it took over 20mins to do all the folding for the ash, and after I was done heating I joined him and we both bagged all 200 ash...
Its was already evening so we decided to take a break for the whole day...
So we have only 200 shirts left ( white ).. We both went to a near by restaurant to get something to eat, we both had to rest for the whole day...
Day 6 ( January 24th )
Our client called and they said they needed the ones that are ready coz they are about to start giving the shirt out to their workers ( at a refinery )...
So we decided to go get some bags that would be suitable for the ones that have been folded...
It took some hours before we could arrange the shirts, we were done before night fall so we were both prepared to go deliver them tomorrow morning..
And so we bagged all 400 shirts (Ash & Navy Blue ).... We took some rest in order to be prepared for the journey ahead...
Day 7 ( January 25th )
Day 7 which is January 25th ( yesterday ).. We didn't actually heat any shirt coz we both went out in the morning to deliver the shirts to our clients though we were on our way back when I published the first part of the article.. It took over 10hrs before we got home ( 5:00pm- 5:15pm) we were both stressed and he then said we should rest till the next day...
So we then got to Day 8 ( January 26th ) which means we only have 2more days left to deliver the remaining 200, the deadline is Friday so we are trying our possible best to get everything done, I would talk more about that on the next article.. Bye guys am off to work...
