500 ml of oil
Preparation
1.Prepare the syrup by boiling sugar and water and leaving it to cool.
2.To prepare the dough, boil water, sugar, salt, oil and lemon zest. Stir in the flour, then remove from the heat while stirring and cool.
3.Add one egg at a time while stirring until you get a smooth dough.
4.From the prepared dough, use a pastry bag or a mold to form tulumbe.
5.Fry the tulumbe in heated oil until golden, take them out on absorbent paper and immediately put in the prepared syrup. Let stand in the syrup until the next parties are baked. Then take them out and stack them next to each other in a bowl.

Tip
