Već i ptičice na grani znaju da šećer nije namirnica koja čini dobro ljudskom organizmu. Izaziva zavisnost. Utiče (negativno) na sve i svašta u ljudskom organizmu. I što je najgore – ima ga gotovo u svakoj procesiranoj namirnici – što znači da je baš teško „pobeći“ od njega.

@Dimke hvala za post,baš sam se šokirala.

Preporučeni dnevni unos šećera je do 25 grama i to na prvi pogled možda izgleda kao prilična količina – ali, u praksi, to je samo 6 kafenih kašičica.

Kako to izgleda? Ako recimo ujutru sladite kafu, sigurno stavljate bar jednu kašičicu šećera, a možda i dve. Ako pijete više kafa u toku dana onda verovatno iskoristite svih 6 preporučenih kašičica šećera samo na kafu ili drugi napitak.
