Ingredients
Kore:
15 egg whites
20 tablespoons sugar
20 tablespoons chopped walnuts
5 tablespoons Plasma Ground
To decorate:
500 ml sweet sour cream

2 vanilla puddings

Preparation
1.Peel: Whisk the egg whites into a firm mixture, add sugar and stir until the crystals melt. Add chopped walnuts and Plasma Ground. Divide the mass into three equal parts, then pour it into trays and bake at 160 C.
2.Filling: Beat the egg yolks, sugar and pudding with a mixer, then cook in milk to get a firm cream. Whisk the cooled filling with butter, add chopped walnuts and Plasma Ground.
3.Whip the sweet sour cream into the whipped cream.
4.Coat the first crust with yellow filling and then with whipped cream. Add the second crust and repeat the process. Add the third crust, yellow filling and whipped cream to decorate the cake.
