Cooling fan

An angel went to God. They enter a room full of clocks.

The angel asked God:

- "What do you need so many watches for?"

And to this God will:

- "For each state one hour and when someone in a state curses God that hour for that state moves by one minute."

The angel looked around and finally asked:

- "And where is your watch for Bosnia and Herzegovina?"

God:

- "Here in the room it serves as a fan."
