Eminent scholar Smile Hossain Siraji has said that, "no nation can survive without freedom just as the world does not wake up without light and the river does not survive without currents." The war of liberation is a memorable event in the history of Bangladesh. The freedom struggle of the Bengalis had been going on for ages. Finally, on December 16, 1971, in exchange for the sacrifices of 3 million martyrs, we got this freedom. The day is a very significant day for us. The war of liberation is one of the days when the people of Bangladesh can be introduced. The history of the liberation war of Bangladesh is as tragic as it is glorious. Our freedom in exchange of many lives Immortalized for sacrifice, they will forever be our source of inspiration. But the consciousness and courage with which the Bengalis waged the war of liberation has not been properly and adequately reflected in the literature of Bangladesh but the filth of lies exists in all walks of national life today. Human values are almost dead and endangered. In such a situation, the question has arisen as to how much the freedom gained at the cost of the blood of millions of martyrs and the respect of thousands of mothers and sisters and the freedom gained at the cost of thousands of mothers and sisters, the spirit of the liberation war is intact? We do not seem to have any memory of the inhumane torture that was going on in Bangladesh for 9 months and the experience that we did not pass it on to the new generation. Therefore, today's generation has almost forgotten the heroic history of the Bengali courage, strength and sacrifice of the great liberation war.
