most times you have no other choice but to be depressed
Its funny how most people say they are numb to the pain but deep inside they know its all a bluff, their smiles are fake and most times you can clearly see through it...
A takes a pro to know that most depressed people are faking it.. most smiles are fake and you'd see through it if your close enough to them.....
There are lots of people who make millions but they are broken inside, they have been fighting with anxiety and depression for a long time that they no longer know who they are anymore.....
A whole lot of them are filled with suicidal thoughts because they feel taking their own life is the only way to end the pain.....
Suicide Shouldn't Be An Option
Taking your own life is one of the worst and painful sin to commit, your only cause more pain to the people you left behind....
Such act might even make a normal person ( friend/family ) feel depress because its gonna impact a huge damage in their life....
I even got more depressed when I hear a friend of mine died, he was a kind and funny... So sad he had to leave too soon 😔😔..
Is It Ok To Be Depressed??
For some reason most people have no other option but to be depressed due to some certain life experience or due to some daily challenges they have encountered....
For example: There is this friend of mine who has been living In fear ever since she found out the truth about her self....
I know y'all must be wondering what I meant by that, when She became a teen she realized she is a sickle cell and that seems to be the beginning of the end....
She began to live in a world of fear and depression, a lot of people tried and gave it their all but it seems like talking to her won't be able to fix how she feels....
She is going through pains and she seems to be living everyday as her last, I know not all sickle cell are luck to survive and fight past their illness....
Well most people made fun of her and it did affect her mental health, each day she keeps praying in tears and pain, asking God to spare her life because she her life is on the line.....
I know what it's like to not now what its like to be in such situation, I feel pity for her and I don't blame her for been depressed because I know she just can't help it....
Sometimes its ok to be depressed but don't rely on drugs or anything silly to make you feel better, in the end we are all gonna die but it shouldn't be in a painful or horrific way so live everyday as your last and don't take your life for granted....
Most Times You Can't Help It
Yea most times you can't help it and 99% of anyone who were to be in your shoes would definitely feel the same way as you...
There is this popular rapper called NF, his songs goes straight to the heart and they are touching... "Why Would You Leave Us" this is one of his popular song and it gives goosebumps to the listeners because he talked about his mom....
I think His mom died when he was little due to drug addiction, he went through hell... No one to help and he was all alone I guess, most shows he couldn't even complete the song because he'd burst into tears due to some flash back....
You can imagine the pains he went through as a kid, it did affect him physically and mentally and I believe those were the reason behind his depression....
Over 40% of those who were depressed as a kid ended up going astray, most of them end up being an addict to drugs because they feel it can ease their pain and give them a temporary happiness...
Most of them end up commuting suicide because there is no one and nothing to give them hope that everything is gonna be ok someday...
In order to prevent that if you have a friend who is in such state do the right thing by talking to them, be there for them and make sure they don't end up taking their own life......
This might be a motivation to anyone reading this...
