Happiness
It is a wonderful and cool evening today, it has been raining here for days, it with this have been having a cool sleep, how is everyone doing, I hope we had a wonderful day. Today I want to talk about happiness, Happiness? I believe everyone deserves to be happy. so what is happiness?
Happiness is an emotional state characterized by feelings of joy, satisfaction, contentment, and fulfillment. While happiness has many different definitions, it is often described as involving positive emotions and life satisfaction.
Most people find their happiness in various things in life some find it in their work, some in their family, and some derive happiness in what dey love doing.
Two key components of happiness
The balance of emotions: Everyone experiences both positive and negative emotions, feelings, and moods. Happiness is generally linked to experiencing more positive feelings than negative ones.
Life satisfaction: This relates to how satisfied you feel with different areas of your life including your relationships, work, achievements, and other things that you consider important.
According to Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs physiological, safety, love, esteem, and self-actualization I will talk about
self-actualization: it refers to feeling fulfilled, it means feeling that we are doing what we believe we are meant to do. Failure to achieve this meant curse sadness.
Signs of happiness
Feeling that the conditions of your life are good
Enjoying positive, healthy relationships with other people
Feeling positive more than negative
Being open to new ideas and experiences
We have a type of happiness
Joy: A feeling of great happiness (according to the dictionary)
Excitement: A happy feeling that involves looking forward to something with positive anticipation
Gratitude:it means being thankful for something positive that happened
Pride:feeling of satisfaction in something that you have accomplished
Optimism:This is a way of looking at life with a positive, upbeat outlook.
We all deserve to be happy no matter the circumstances, most people find it hard to happy when things doesn't work out for them,learn to value yourself,never look down on your,do things that make you happy, don't think about what people with say about you.As long we are alive people we definitely talk about us. in fact If you have a standing mirror stand in front of the tell your self you are beautiful, handsome,kind etc. Say good things to yourself.
Remember to always put smile on people face ,with that you are are helping them to be happy, we should try not think about our yourself alone.
