Want To Start a YouTube Channel?

Everyone most likely knows what a YouTube Channel is. Now not everyone knows what's needed to start a YouTube Channel and I got ya'ol. Let me just say this, I'm no big content creator but to a certain extent I can say I know the basics soooo leggo.

  1. First things first, you'll need something to film with. If you have a camera, good. If you don't, that's still very okay. All you actually need for starters is a smartphone. An iPhone preferably.

  2. Next up, you would want to decide the type of content you'll like to upload. It must either be informative, entertaining or educative and no matter what, try as much as you can to make it interesting.

  3. Let's quickly touch on Lighting and sound. The audio quality of the iPhone isn't terrible and can be used without an external mic as long as you're filming in a quiet place. But if you can afford getting an external microphone, by all means go for it. And for lighting, there's natural light but that limits you to filming only during the day. So you might want to invest in purchasing a ringlight or just make do with filming during the day.

And this is it for the basics. May the odds forever be in your favour😁
