For most of us, the idea of becoming an entrepreneur can seem pretty overwhelming. Like a total game-changer, or a chance to make things happen in your life that you always wanted to happen. But what about if you're looking at it from the perspective of someone who is just getting started and is struggling to find their place? This article will tell you all about my experience trying out Axie Infinity as an indie developer, and why I think it's worth trying out even if your situation is difficult for you at the moment.
Though right now, in my case, I've been having some difficulty completing my team since whenever I try to buy affordable axies, BOTs seems to buy them first in lightspeed! In which we don't know how to report such events.. I've always been a gamer. Ever since I can remember, my first videogame console was the Nintendo 64. It was so cool, with games like Mario Kart and Goldeneye. A few years later, I got really into playing multiplayer PC games, mostly third-person shooters like Call of Duty or Medal of Honor. Like a lot of people my age, I spent an incredible amount of time playing these games, and that's how I got my start in competitive gaming. One day when I was streaming CoD on Twitch.tv , I got a message from someone who told me about Axie Infinity. At the time, I was really excited to see what it was all about.
The www.axieinfinity.com officially launched at the beginning of March, and the first thing that caught my attention was that this game already had a lot of community support, which impressed me since I hadn't seen another game like this before except for CryptoKitties. The color variety and process of breeding attracted me to the game since it reminded me of my childhood days where I would play Pokémon or Digimon games on Gameboy Advance whenever I'm at home sick from school. The idea of making a game that's as appealing to children and adults alike was a big plus since I've been looking for something like that for myself without much luck before. And after seeing the trailer, it just seemed too good to be true.
So since I've been testing out the game for a while, I wanted to take the time to share my progress with everyone who is thinking about getting involved in Axie Infinity.
