Japan is the best country for me

Regardless of whether you want to visit, the United States of America is not the best country for everyone. Here are four main reasons why Japan might be a better choice for you if you are thinking about opening a new life abroad.

1. Japan is the most wealthy country in Asia, surpassing South Korea by nearly $500 billion in 2013 and China by over 300 billion dollars. It is also number one in global competitiveness, beating out top European countries like France and Germany which were close behind at number three on the list.

2. It is a country with a very low level of corruption, even compared to the United States. Japan, along with Switzerland and New Zealand, has one of the lowest levels of corruption in the world according to Transparency International.

3. Japan is safe and has low crime rates. Japan has one of the lowest numbers of violent crimes in the world according to FBI statistics. And unlike other developed countries like Canada and Britain, Japan's crime rate is only just above that of developing countries such as Brazil or Russia .

4. The cost of living in Japan is much lower than in many other countries around the world. It is low enough that even if you are unemployed you may only need to work a couple of hours a day and still be able to afford food and shelter for the rest of your time.

So why should you consider living here? For many people, money is the most important part. And as far as money goes, Japan tops most countries while also being safer than 5 out of the top 6 most developed countries in terms of crime statistics. The ability to live well in a safe country and save much more money than other countries makes Japan an ideal choice for anyone who just wants to live comfortably for less money.

Japan offers more than just economic benefits though. It is a country that has developed a unique culture and tradition that gives it a special attraction unlike most other countries in the world. It is one of the few countries that have never been fully colonized by an outside power. Japan has developed its own character over the centuries, shaped by its unique history and geography. As one of the most ethnically homogenous countries in the world, it is also a very safe place for foreigners to live as well.

If none of these reasons are enough for you, try thinking about other things like lifestyle, health, or aesthetics. Maybe you decide that Japan isn't the best country for you after all. But if you haven't already thought about it, I think you might be surprised to know that Japan is the best country in the world for some people.

Some of the reasons why you need to check out Japan:

Hakone - the mountain village that inspired the manga "The Tale of Genji"

Fushimi Inari Shrine - an important Shinto shrine in Kyoto. The place is covered with thousands of Torii gates which stand as a symbol for longevity, prosperity and good health.

Nara and Tōdai-ji - Nara is one of the most important cultural and historical places in Japan. It was once a capital of the ancient Japanese state of Baekje, and its beautiful rock gardens are one of the country's oldest structures. Tōdai-ji is a

Buddhist temple located south of Kyoto, built by Emperor Shōmu in 607.

Kyushu

Amanohashidate - Japan's longest bridge (1583 meters), connecting Kumamoto to Hahakuda Island, both located in Kumamoto Prefecture. At night, it looks like a giant firefly shining down on the water. Fourteen islands sit inside the bay, which makes it a popular place for freight ships and fishermen.

Kumamoto - capital of Kumamoto Prefecture, located on the island of Kyushu

Higashiyama District (Higashiyama-ku) - one of the most well-known areas in Kyoto. It is located near Fushimi Inari Shrine and Kiyomizu Temple, which are among the best-known places in all of Japan. There are two main sights that draw tourists here: the Cypress Garden and Ryoanji temple. The garden is famous for its large number of cypress trees, which is especially beautiful in winter when covered with snow. The temple has a large statue of Kannon, a white statue with four arms and the face of an elephant, which symbolizes the power to save people. Many tourists come here to pray for their own good fortune.

Miyajima - one of the three islands that make up the island group known as Miyajima in Hiroshima Prefecture. This island is surrounded by water and has temples on it, such as the famous Fushimi-innari Shrine (Fushimi Inari Shrine). The shrine is known for its thousands of Torii gates that stand as a symbol for longevity, prosperity, and good health.

Matsushima - located in Miyagi prefecture, on the northern coast of Japan. Its name literally means "pine island", because it is surrounded by pine trees. It was also the inspiration for one of the most famous Japanese paintings made by Katsushika Hokusai: The Great Wave off Kanagawa (also known as The Great Wave).

Sado - another island, located near Niigata city in Niigata prefecture. It is famous for its 100% pure gold-sand beaches. The sand is also a well-known tourist attraction.

Yakushima - famous for its beautiful scenery, its large forests, and its distinct culture. It's one of the best places to visit in Japan.

Hiroshima - an island in Hiroshima Prefecture, made famous worldwide by the atomic bombing of that city on August 6, 1945.

Kurashiki - a city located near the Seto Inland Sea (Seto Naikai). It's known for its unique culture and many historical buildings that have been preserved over hundreds of years. There is also a great Gion district where many famous geisha live.

Kyoto - one of the most important cultural cities in Japan. In addition to being the spiritual and artistic center of Japan, it is home to many historical buildings and temples. It is also the birthplace of many traditional Japanese arts that still survive today: Noh theater, gourmet cuisine, calligraphy, and wood carving.

interesting, but i think the 4 point you have gathered, is a little bit outdated, or just false. for example, japan has a decreasing crime rate, but at the same time, the people they arrest for even the smaller shit, is skyrocketing by yearly 10-20% https://www.nippon.com/en/ncommon/contents/japan-data/177509/177509.png so its becoming more like a police state where people are afraid from the police to the extent they are even afraid report crimes. (people can be held for 30 days in prison without charging them till they confess, basically forced confessions and so on).

its far from perfect, but i agree its still far better than usa or west europe. japan has indeed its potential compared to these western states.

Yeah, I agree with that first paragraph. Even the slightest of crime is a big deal now to them. Never said that it is a perfect country, but again, I would have to stick with "MY" article title. :)
