Where is the Truth in all of these, do you know?

Each time I come across people especially those I classify as learned individuals both in the things of God and man, I am always taken aback when I begin to see or hear them talk like people who are afraid to speak the truth at all times irrespective of whose ox is gored. The life we are living is meant to be a life filled and based on truth and nothing more. This high level of fear which has made us especially the common man not talk or preach about the truth when it comes to the things of God and man is what has kept us in perpetual bondage in the hands of the elites. I asked a very strong question which I believe most of us will claim that they will say the truth at the expense of their life but in reality, they are already living in the biggest lies and deceit  that has ever been told to mankind since the beginning of time.

I made a post yesterday which I believe a lot of people must have seen but most of those who saw this post are afraid of commenting even when they are quite aware of the truth in the post, they chose to become mute in other not to send a wrong signal about their religious belief to their friends. The truth as we all know must be told at all times and I am among the school of thought that believes that this is the time for the world to tell the truth about Africa and God. The most painful part in all of this is that it is not hidden but the issue is that no one wants to be known for speaking such truth even when it will bring redemption to the world at large. What I am here to do today is to push the truth further to all of us and I believe that even if we choose not to comment and help in spreading the truth, at least, it is on record that you have heard the truth. One good thing about life is that whether you say the truth or not, you will die one day so why not say the truth and die at least, you will have peace of mind.

I know you want to know the area I want to talk about today. I am not going to just talk I will put you into the mood of thinking critically about whatever you will read in this post. I will advise once more that you try as much as you can to keep an open mind through the course of this post because a biased mind can never accept the truth even when it is staring him/her in the face. If you are ready to go on this journey of discovering the hidden truth then, join me lets go and shake more tables.

Civilization

Source

“In the course of human evolution, the practice of living in a group with butual understanding and dependency has become a very useful and practical lifestyle, and from small isolated groups, larger communities have formed. Then came societies which in times became civilizations”… Brinda Jay.

The earliest known civilization of the world is Mesopotamia which is period spans from 3500 BC to 500 BC. This is currently known as Iraq, Syria and Turkey and what this means is that before the coming of colonial masters there has been cultures and religions in existence. Now, the critical question to ask is this; was this earliest religion not recognising the superior being who created all things? This is not the time to leave every stone unturned because when you follow the world history you will understand that this oldest religion, worshipped a God they reverend even though they called or identified their God through different names and ways, does that mean they worshipped idol?

Take a closer look at the word Idol and tell me what comes to your mind? Well, it takes a critical thinker to look at things from a different angle which might sound foolish to others. Now, the English dictionary was not in existence around 3500 BC to 500 BC but it was invented around 1604 as word lists made by Robert Cawdrey a schoolmaster and former England Clergyman. If we look at the year of the invention of the dictionary, we will understand that the word idol was not in existence when civilization started. What this means is that one can say or claim that the word idol was brought into the dictionary by the English people as a means of painting other forms of religion black in other to propagate theirs through colonialism. The Bible we carry every day says;

“You shall have no other gods before me. You shall not make for yourself an idol, or any likeness of what is in heaven above or beneath or in the water under the earth. You shall not worship them or serve them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, on the third and fourth generations of those who hate me”… Exodus 20:3-6.

Now, if the Bible we carry every day made such order, why do we see images of Jesus, Angels and Saints all over our churches? This is one of the greatest lies that humanity has swallowed both hook, line and sinker. Are you still with me?

Another Heartbreaking Lie

It is not just that they have succeeded in making us believe in all the lies, they have always given even the generations yet unborn the identity of Jesus the son of God. What I am saying is that we have been programmed just like a computer to see and believe that the heavenly hosts are all white-skinned, but is that true? Let me take you to what the bible said during creation; Genesis 1: 6-7

“6 And God said, let us make man in our image, after our likeness; and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the fowl of the sir and over the cattle and over the all the earth and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

7 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them”.

Looking at the above statement, what do you make out of it? If the bible we carry every day recorded that God made man in his image and likeness, how then do we portray the heavenly beings to be fair in complexion? Does it mean that there is no dark-skinned Angel or that God is not dark-skinned? This is why I strongly believe that Christianity as a religion is not and should not be seen from the viewpoint of the colonial masters even though they brought it to us and forced us both, directly and indirectly, to swallow it down our throats.

There are lots and lots of contradicting facts that we read in the bible which is a strong pointer that Christianity is not just a religion but a tool for colonialism. Just hang on let me open your eyes a little more.

Slavery

Slavery is not different from colonialism so make no mistake to think that they are different. When you look at slavery as of old and now, you will understand that they are both the same but the difference now is that people travel on their own accord to go and work in factories overseas with most of them facing harsh working conditions. Slavery as of old was done without one's consent which means that you can be walking in a bush path and the slave hunters will come upon you and capture you. Slaves were treated more like animals and this evil was mostly done to Africans. Have you ever wondered why the bible talked about slaves? Just look at what the bible had to say; Ephesians 6:5-8 Paul says;

“Slaves, be obedient to your human masters with fear and trembling, in sincerity of heart, as to Christ”.

There are lots of verses where you will find similar commands which were given to slaves in the bible. I have seen a lot of write-ups where scholars have tried to juxtapose slavery in the bible and its meaning in the real world. I will not dwell so much on this because I believe that everything written in the bible has a reason why it is written. The very question to ask is this; who was the bible written for? I will leave you to answer this question although it might sound very simple to you, I will want you to give it a critical thought before answering it. If the word slave which is written in the bible is not or does not have the same meaning as the one we have in the dictionary, why then did the colonial masters used it as a reference point when punishing a slave? Don’t forget that the English language is the language of the colonial masters.

I believe by now, you must be thinking about a lot of things or probably you are among those who will want to defend what they do not have the slightest clue of. In any way, we must try to look at these points with great openness of the mind if we truly want to get answers to lots of questions bothering our minds at this time. I know that this post has become longer than usual but thank you for reading it till these very last words.

We all have different views and thoughts about all these things, but for me, what matters is what I really believe in and I respect what do as well. And yes, you have pointed things in here that must be considered thoughtfully and objectively.

I believe that if we truly look at things objectively, we can be able to do things better than we have done...

I am with you on that, Davin. Sadly, not all of us can be objective, so respect is a must.

Hahahaha. I have missed your articles so much

Though I am yet to read your yesterday’s write up. But truth be told It is so much better to call a spade a spade

I can’t say much on this maybe because I am a Muslim but not after reading all these. You said the pure fact about the recent trends in the Christianity of today.

Talking about the Christmas celebration I even got to notice that some part of the Christians forbids the celebration. Though I don’t know the main reason why.

It happened to be and sorry to say that African are brainwashed with the words and thoughts of the colonial masters. Yet we take this religion with overdo than those who even brought it to us by exceeding boundaries.

Slavery I can’t blame. Since it something we want for ourselves even our people are the top ain’t ready to fight it through maybe due to the fact that their ancestors were slaved.

Great write up sir.

We have a lot of things to think about when it comes to Christianity... Thank God you are a Muslim, how would you have felt if the colonial master had tagged your religion as paganism and tried to abolish it during the colonial era?

It’s something sad. But I would say God know who is truly worshiping him.
