It isn't Their Fault?

There are times we look closely in search of who to blame or how to apportion blame. We do this all most every time we win into a brick wall in our pursuit in life. The intention is to point a red finger at whoever is perceived to be the reason why we failed or why things are not going the way they should. Even with our eagerness and correctness of mind and purpose, we still forget that most times we may be the reason why nothing is working for us. But, how easy is it for anyone to accept that he/she was the one at fault when things go wrong? This is one big question that everyone must look at critically in other to understand why we have found ourselves where we are today. Buy, are even ready to accept our mistake or even acknowledge that we are the ones at fault?

Good morning dearest friends of read cash, I believe we have been able to actualise if not all our set goals this week that is about to end then half of it. Well, if you were not able to achieve your set goals, please do not give up on yourself because once there is life, there is hope. I wish you all a wonderful weekend and please make out time to reach out to your friends. We are all in this world for ourselves. Remember, no man is an Island.

It Isn't Their Fault.

I used to think that children are blessing from our creator not until I saw this disturbing video. I must use a disclaimer at this point.

NOTE: This post is not intended for ridicule or mockery rather it is a post from a broken heart and love for children and their wellbeing.

I saw this video on WhatsApp status and I could not find a word to describe how I felt watching the leaders of tomorrow in such a scenario. Just watch the video yourself and tell me how you feel.

I have not been able to look at Nigeria my country and her leaders in any kinda way since I watched the video. Whose fault is it? Should I blame the children for finding themselves in such a careless society where governance is just a means of looting public funds? Should I blame the poor parents who out of no fault of theirs found themselves in such a society where their leaders send their children to school abroad, leaving only the poor and their children to suffer this? Should I blame it on the colonial masters who have set up schools and systems to make it function but as soon as they left, those the left the school in their care began to see it as a means of self-aggrandizement and looting of public funds?

Yes, we have heard of the Education Trust Fund but, does the fund get to the right places where it is needed or does it just end in the hands of wicked and selfish politicians in the country? Just go watch the video again to understand what and why I think we have lost it in Nigeria. How can these children be allowed to stand inside such dirty water to recite the national anthem? Yes, they are eager to read and write that is why you will see them inside the water. Mind you, they go through this every time it rains. But then, how has the government tried to save them from this pond of disease waiting to take them over. If you had carefully watched the video, you would notice that the children are standing in such dirty water on bare feet.

I am very angry at the level of carelessness we witness in our various communities. Who do we blame for all of these? I am not here to play the blame game but I believe we all have a part to play in other to get things right. Believe it or not, we must understand that we only have ourselves to blame if nothing works out well. This is the reason why we should do everything possible to be the best we can be in any area we find ourselves. Don't leave it for another person because they may not do it right. Take the right actions today and watch the future turn out better. May God help us all.

I just hope that everything will be okay soon, and the system will be lifted into something better and improved.

We all hope so too. Education is the life wire of every society and ours can not be different.
