The cameraman was not from the driver of the car, except that he asked him about his talent, and he would bring him some coin to give him ... so that he was surprised by the beggar speaking in a loud and enthusiastic voice ..

His name is Ted Williams .. He was born in the year 1957 AD, he served for 3 years in the US Army, and after he was discharged he joined a school for voicing, after everyone noticed at an early age his distinctive radio voice .. And he actually worked in his youth as a field broadcaster, and after that at a radio station Flooded locality ..
The tragedy began in the year 1986 when Williams fell into the swamp of heavy drug and alcohol abuse, and his extreme neglect of his work and career .. He was arrested 7 times on multiple charges, including drug possession, theft and assault on public and private property .. which led to his imprisonment for a period of two years and 3 months ..
He got out of prison and his condition is worse than before .. So in 1990 he was charged again with theft, and he was imprisoned again for two months! ... Then, in the year 2004, he was imprisoned for the third time on charges of forgery, theft and obstruction of official work.
Since that time, Ted Williams has found nothing in front of him but begging and hanging out in the streets to please passers-by, after his professional and personal life has been destroyed, and he has become a model for failure and loss walking on two legs ..
However, his talent was always there ... waiting for the moment to start again ..
