A very valuable article. I understand that when you're addicted to smoking, the compulsion to smoke a cigarette might be overpowering, and so, I think it begins with being honest with yourself and wanting to overcome your addiction. As your article points out, there are several health reasons why you should quit. In addition to personal health factors, though, there are the implications for others around you who may fall ill as a result of their exposure to second hand smoke, who may be wooed into smoking by your actions, and who, should you fall ill as a result of this addiction, would also be badly affected.
