Discrimination..
Discrimination? What at all is that? Many are the times where people are treated weirdly and unfairly by people who think they are of higher rank and tend to see others better than these people. Let's look at why and how that affects life as well as places or situations where discrimination happens or occurs . Hello everyone, it's Dangerous_Fly once again. Please subscribe and leave a like or a comment of you want to. Discrimination as we may say is the unjust, unfair or unloyal treatment of different categories or ranks of people . People do treat others unfairly based in some factors of which some includes : Sex Race Age Ethnic group Colour of skin Language they speak Food or culture And a whole lot of others of which I don't seem to see why it should be. Discrimination again is a practice which entails a whole lot of "children" meaning it affects children the more in some locations. Racism as well as tribalism do fall under discrimination if I am right and there is a heavy cause of damage by it. The feeling of supremacy thereby causing people to treat others like trash , treat others unfairly at various places in time. But this doesn't qualify what humanity should be like. Humanity should be one of joy, hope , togetherness, peace and love but these things tend not to exist at some time. There are basically plac s where people treat others unfairly, deprive them of their rights or go against them in one way or the other of which some includes ; **Instances Or Places Where Discrimination Occurs** Looking for job opportunities Payments for a work done. Playing among children (Blacks&Whites) Justice At work AND A WHOLE LOT. Basically these are places or instances where discrimination takes place. The CEO says , he won't employ you because you are a female , because you are not his tribe mate , because you are a Black man and others . The children's parents have warned them not to play with you because of your culture. Your work mates don't want to associate themselves with you because of the language you speak and a whole lot. This activities or behavior is basically destroying us and needs to be stopped or campaigned against since it is really a canker now . Some of it's effects include ; Putting wrong people in position Promoting social vices Waywardness on the part of people who are discriminated Mental stress Ineffective method of productivity Reduction in government revenue. Lose labour force and produce Retardation of progress in country or society And many more. There is therefore the need to treat all individuals as one and put the in appropriate positions no matter what barrier they might have from others. Thank you. It's quite funny now that you look back at history, you know. At first, discrimination by race and money happens as you are a salve if you cannot pay debt. Then when time came of discovery, we started to use Africans instead of our own people with debt due to their multitude of number and "interaction", which lead to hundred years of conditioning resulting the people looking at the darker-skinned as a weaker being. Even after Martin Luther King Jr. and the American Civil War, the conditioning is still there. You can just glance at Donald Trump and see how a racist individual can run a country, almost immediately most of Barack Obama's work was undone. It doesn't mean that it is just race, as you have told. People unknowingly discriminate other cultures because they were mostly taught that this country is bad. Then there are also the memes. Those memes have a semblance of truth and is using one of human conditions to make somrthing happy from a bad situation. Here's a few cents, feel free to comment about it.

I also created an article about it.. Oftentimes we experienced it everywhere. I want to elaborate on discrimination in a work place, some are given the opportunity by the employer to hold a position even she/he is not qualified for the position only because they have the same race overlooking other excellent employees that deserved to hold that position. Turning down an applicant also just because he has different race is another discrimination.
Yes those working at several work places do not just qualify. They sometimes get the position because they give out themselves or because he or she is of the same race as the employer giving them the ultimate employment and good positions while they don't even qualify.
I also can't see why others discriminate others, I don't understand those kinds of people who look down on others..My ethnic group has been discriminated also for a long time, others are also too ignorant about us and I have written about it also..
Yes the main reason is supremacy . The feeling that they are better than you is what causes then to treat you unfairly and sometes give out opportunities to people they think are more important even if they least qualify.
As much as we want discrimination to end, I don't think it will happen right away because discrimination is being passed from culture to culture. If everyone will value humankind, then everything will be in harmony.
They is no immediate cure it way to totally remove discrimination but i think with effective methods it can be minimized since it can't be fully suppressed
What kind of effective methods do you have in mind?
Methods for doing this might vary from people to people or societies to others but I think if some of these are considered it can be of help - There should be an education to all about what the effects of this can be. They should be given the right to know what this can cause if they decide to use it against people and be made to know what the possible consequences are. - People who are not treated fairly should also have the right to speak out for themselves. Agencies should be made to assist them and help them in all matters of which they think they are not treated fairly . - The greatest realization that we are all equal. This is a pretty difficult thing and I don't know how, but if the people are made to know and believe that we are all one no matter one's calibre or race can help
That's true! I am also a victim of discrimination, how I wish that I can be invisible so they can't see me and bully me. It happens every time at school, they discriminate you if you are ugly, slow learner, and if you are a person with disabilities. The fact that we are all human and we just want to live like the normal people, some just can't do it because they are being discriminated and that's the saddest fact. Let's just pray for all the person who are also a victim of discrimination to be strong enough to overcome it. I know that life is unfair for someone but hey don't give up, and let's be thankful instead because we are still breathing here in the planet earth.
Yes life is not balanced for everyone but one thing I know for sure is that, if we are least respected we can forever have the chance to make it right, if we find those who will understand us we should go on and listen to them and work with them since they are those who can make us whole again when we suffer discrimination
