How Farmer Life Is Living on a farm and being part of a farmer family is a unique and fulfilling experience. From the early morning wake up calls to the nurturing of the land and animals, every day brings its own joys and challenges. In this blog post, we explore the intricacies of farm life, shedding light on the beauty of this way of living, as well as the hardships that come with it. Farm life immerses you in the beauty of nature like no other. From witnessing the changing seasons to caring for crops and animals, you develop a deep connection with the land. The mornings start with the melodious chirping of birds, and the days are filled with the soothing sounds of rustling leaves and gentle breezes. This connection with nature provides a sense of grounding and fulfillment like no other. Being part of a farmer family instills the values of hard work and resilience from an early age. From tending to the fields in all weather conditions to caring for animals round the clock, farm life teaches the importance of perseverance and dedication. These qualities not only shape your character but also instill a strong work ethic that can be applied to various aspects of life. Farm life often revolves around sustainability and self sufficiency. Growing your own food, raising livestock, and utilizing renewable resources are all part of a farmer's lifestyle. The satisfaction derived from living off the land, minimizing carbon footprint, and providing for your family's needs through your hard work is immeasurable. Additionally, sustainable farming practices contribute to the conservation of the environment, ensuring that future generations can enjoy its beauty as well. Living on a farm offers a unique perspective on the circle of life. Being witness to the birth of new animals, nurturing them through their growth stages, and being present even in the most challenging aspects of animal husbandry instills a deep appreciation for the fragility and resilience of life. The farm becomes a microcosm of life's cycles, reminding you of the interconnectedness of every living being. The farming industry is not without its challenges. Changing weather patterns, market fluctuations, and evolving consumer demands can make the future uncertain for farmers. Crop failures or disease outbreaks can significantly impact a farmer family's livelihood, causing financial stress and insecurity. Adaptability, innovation, and diversification become necessary skills to navigate the unpredictability of the agriculture industry. Farming is physically demanding work that requires long hours and labor intensive activities. From tending to the fields and livestock to maintaining machinery and equipment, the physical demands on farmers can be overwhelming. The strain on one's body can lead to exhaustion and potential health issues, emphasizing the importance of self-care and taking regular breaks to recharge. Living on a farm often means being removed from the amenities and convenience of urban life. Access to healthcare, education, and other essential services may require longer travel distances and planning. Additionally, socializing with friends and engaging in recreational activities might involve more effort compared to those living in urban areas. However, the tight-knit farming community often compensates for the lack of urban amenities, creating a sense of belonging and support among its members. Farming is not just a job, it is a way of life that can blur the boundaries between work and family time. Balancing the demanding farm schedule with quality time spent with loved ones can be challenging. Farm tasks can be relentless and may require sacrifices in personal and social life. However, it's essential to create a supportive family dynamic and find moments of respite to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Being part of a farmer family brings a unique set of joys and challenges. It provides a deep connection with nature, instills values of hard work and resilience, promotes sustainable living, and nurtures an appreciation for the circle of life. However, the uncertainty of the farming industry, physical demands, isolation from urban amenities, and the need to balance work and family life can be challenging. Despite the hardships, the satisfaction of living off the land, the beauty of nature, and the strong sense of community make being part of a farmer family a truly rewarding experience. *Thank you for your time readers😊!*

Being a Restaurant Crew Is Not Easy Being a worker in a restaurant is no easy feat. It requires patience, diligence and a passion for the culinary arts. From the high-pressure environment to the chaotic rush hours, restaurant workers face a unique set of challenges that only those in the industry truly understand. But despite the ups and downs, being a worker in a restaurant can be incredibly rewarding. One of the most notable aspects of working in a restaurant is the fast-paced nature of the job. From the moment you walk in the door, it's go, go, go. Whether you're a server taking orders and delivering food, a chef preparing meals in the kitchen, or a dishwasher ensuring the cleanliness of the dishes, there is a constant need to be on your toes and work efficiently. The hustle and bustle of a restaurant can be both exhilarating and exhausting, but it's this energy that keeps you going day after day. Beyond the fast-paced environment, restaurant workers also experience the joy of interacting with a diverse range of people. From the moment a guest walks into the restaurant, you are responsible for providing them with an exceptional dining experience. This involves everything from greeting them with a warm smile and a friendly tone, to suggesting menu items and catering to their specific dietary needs. Interacting with a variety of individuals not only helps improve your communication skills but also offers a chance to build lasting connections with customers. Of course, working in a restaurant also has its fair share of challenges. Dealing with difficult customers can be emotionally draining, and it requires a strong level of patience and emotional resilience. You may encounter guests who are unsatisfied with their food, have unrealistic expectations, or simply have a bad day themselves. Learning how to navigate these situations with grace and professionalism is an invaluable skill that can be applied to various aspects of life. Another challenge in the restaurant industry is the variable work hours. Most restaurants operate late into the night, which means late nights and often erratic schedules. While this can be a challenge for those seeking a traditional 9 to 5 job, it can also provide flexibility for those who are juggling multiple commitments or prefer working during non-traditional hours. Additionally, the restaurant industry is known for its team-oriented atmosphere, where coworkers become like family. This sense of camaraderie and support can make the long hours and late nights feel more manageable. Despite the challenges, being a worker in a restaurant has its perks as well. As someone who works intimately with food, you have the opportunity to indulge in a variety of flavors and cuisines. Additionally, many restaurants offer employee discounts or even complimentary meals, allowing you to experience the culinary creations firsthand. This exposure to different flavors and techniques can deepen your appreciation for food and perhaps even inspire you to explore your own culinary passions. Lastly, being a worker in a restaurant can open up doors for future career opportunities. The restaurant industry is known for promoting from within, and many successful chefs and restaurant owners started off as dishwashers or bussers. The skills and knowledge gained from working in a restaurant can serve as a solid foundation for building a career in the culinary world. From honing your cooking skills to understanding the intricacies of running a restaurant operation, the experience gained in the industry is invaluable. In conclusion, being a worker in a restaurant is an experience like no other. It's a job that requires passion, resilience, and adaptability. From the fast-paced environment to the interactions with customers and the camaraderie with coworkers, every day brings new challenges and rewards. Whether you're pursuing a career in the culinary arts or simply enjoy being part of a dynamic team, working in a restaurant can provide a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment that is hard to find elsewhere.

Province living! Life in the province offers a unique and refreshing experience that many people long for. Away from the hustle and bustle of city life, the province provides a tranquil environment where one can truly appreciate the beauty of nature and develop a deeper connection with the community. One of the first things you will notice about life in the province is the slower pace. Unlike the fast-paced lifestyle of the city, time seems to slow down in the province. People take the time to enjoy simple pleasures like a leisurely walk in the countryside or a peaceful afternoon at the local park. There is no rush, no need to constantly be on the go. This slower pace allows for a more relaxed and stress-free lifestyle. Another advantage of living in the province is the cleaner and fresher air. With less pollution and more green spaces, the air quality in the province is often much better than in the city. Taking a deep breath of fresh air is a simple joy that you can experience every day. Living in the province also means being closer to nature. With expansive fields, lush forests, and picturesque landscapes, there is beauty everywhere you look. You can indulge in activities like hiking, camping, or simply taking a stroll through the countryside. Being in touch with nature has a way of rejuvenating the soul and bringing a sense of peace and serenity. One of the greatest advantages of living in the province is the strong sense of community. In the city, it can be easy to feel isolated and detached from those around you. In the province, however, there is a tight-knit community spirit that is hard to find elsewhere. People know and look out for each other, creating a supportive and friendly atmosphere. Whether it's through local festivals, community events, or just chatting with your neighbors, you will always feel like you belong. Life in the province also offers a chance for personal growth and self-sufficiency. With less reliance on modern conveniences, you may find yourself learning new skills and becoming more self-reliant. Gardening, raising livestock, and other traditional practices become a way of life in the province, allowing you to connect with the land and develop a greater sense of self-sufficiency. Of course, living in the province also has its challenges. Access to amenities and services may be more limited compared to the city, and career opportunities may be less abundant. However, many people find that the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks. Overall, life in the province offers a unique and fulfilling experience. It is a chance to escape the chaos of city life and reconnect with nature and community. If you are looking for a slower pace, cleaner air, and a stronger sense of belonging, then the province may just be the perfect place for you.

Do you like to drink coffee? But I'm not! `You might also ask me, why? Because almost all the people I know who know that I don't drink coffee, they really ask me why and what is the reason.` *Many people are addicted of drinking coffee, especially Filipinos who can't stop drinking coffee almost everyday. Anyone will really look for something hot to eat or drink every morning to warm up the stomach before starting work. So if you notice, it's seems like coffee companies are competing on which of their coffee products people will enjoy.* **We can also notice in all the stores that there is a lot of coffee being sold because they know that people need it.** When I was young, I also loved to drink coffee, especially every morning. I also don't start my work if I haven't had a hot drink. It also feels better when we drink or eat hot food in the morning because the coldness we feel disappears and it helps to restore our body's strength. I was still studying in the second year of high school when I felt something strange about my body. But I just don't pay attention to it because I don't know what that strange feeling is. I still continue to drink coffee during those times before I go to school. I kept that bad feeling to myself because I had no one to talk to because I was the only one at home with my brother who sometimes got along well. My mother is working in another place and my father is also busy with his work. I feel it almost every day, my heart beats faster, I sweat cold, my stomach is seems burning and I seem to be afraid of something I don't know if what it was. I often absent from my class then and whenever I feel like that, I immediately leave my class and go home. I didn't say anything to any of my classmates because I wasn't sure how I really felt. I used to be afraid that I might have epilepsy that I used to see in people who have such a disease. So I'm afraid that the same thing might happen to me. I eat it every morning before I go to school but it always has coffee as a partner and if I really don't have a dish, sometimes I put coffee on the rice. But when the time arrived at 10 o'clock, I felt really bad so I immediately ran to our canteen to buy something to eat because I thought it was just because of hunger. But because I was still young and only depended on my parents, I also didn't have money to buy food whenever I was hungry or felt strange. Days passed until I finished my second year of high school, my body lost a lot of weight and once my classmate told me that I looked like a skeleton. My mother came home and stopped working and since she no longer has a job, we also have to save. I told my mother that I seem to be sick and she also noticed that I was losing weight. I told everything that was happening, so she said that I should stop drinking coffee first and maybe it's just because of that. One day my mother bought crushed dry corn, she put it in a pan and put it on fire until it turned black. They said they used to do this when they were little and this is what they used as coffee. I also tried it and since it's not really real coffee, I also felt better and my body was fine throughout the day. I thought maybe I just became hyper acidic because of the coffee I was drinking. I finished up to the 4th year of high school and since we didn't have any money for college, I thought about going to another place to find work. Since I'm in another place, I'm not even able to blacken dry corn to make my coffee. Almost two years have passed since I no longer feel the way I did when I was in my second year of high school. So I went back to using and drinking coffee when I was working because I couldn't handle the sleepiness and tiredness I was feeling. Since it's my first time to have a job and commitment to it, it seems like doing something like that is new to my body. But even though I went back of drinking coffee, I went to the gym every time I had free time to lift weights and I also avoided things that could stressed me out. Since then, even if I drink coffee, I don't feel that pain again. A few years passed again, until I had my wife, only this past year 2019 during the pandemic, the strange feeling I felt when I was in high school seemed returned. I wondered why I felt that again and I was very scared because it was a bit strange compared to before. What I felt in 2019 is that my heart is still beating fast, I'm still sweating cold and I seem to be afraid of something I don't know, but there's something different here because I feel like I'm in another dimension and like I'm not in the real world . It's good because I was at home and I wasn't at work at that time. Because I didn't know what to do, I was just there in our room and I turned on my cellphone to listen to music. When I did that, my feeling gradually returned to normal. Since then I have sworn that I will never drink coffee again. Maybe that's why the old feeling came back to me because everything was affected because of the pandemic. The price of the goods went up and there was a huge adjustment so I was a bit stressed out during those times. https://youtu.be/1eswkavibgg Because I was scared, I searched for information on the internet and watched the video of Dr. Willie Ong about Panic attack youtu.be/1eswkavibgg and I listened one by one to his symptoms and what the feelings were, everything he said matched all the feelings I had a few years ago. That's when I clarified why I feel that way. I also followed all his advice in his video and I was very surprised when he said that he also used to have panic attacks. The first thing to avoid is drinking coffee and energy drinks. So that's why I don't drink coffee anymore. https://youtu.be/1eswkavibgg Thanks for reading my blog my dear readers! Have a good day to all!

Benefits of having your own crops! ***Vegetables, fruits and root crops, this is one of the foods we usually eat on a daily basis. This is where we get vitamins and minerals that we cannot get from eating meat alone.*** ***Due to inflation, even fruits and vegetables that are common here are increasing in price, so it is very difficult for those living in cities to buy and eat them.*** When I was still working in Metro Manila and we lived there for almost ten years, we went to the market every day to buy fruits and vegetables. I'm not the type of person who likes to eat meat because apart from being expensive, I can quickly get tired of eating it. I can't say that I'm a vegetable lover, but I eat all kinds of vegetables. Before I came home to the province, I worked in a restaurant so it was normal for me to see and eat meat and we know that restaurants rarely serve vegetables, right? So every time we go to the market with my wife, I always want us to cook vegetables for our dinner but all of them have to be bought and there's no free. I used to always request my wife to cook a mixture of okra, eggplant, squash, beans, and "*malunggay*" leaves. I like to cook it by just adding water and mixing it with a little dried fish. This is a type of recipe for cooking vegetables with less oil because it is not *sautéed* and it is healthier because there are no other spices mixed in it except dried fish and it is called "*laswa*" here in our dialect. I still remember that this is what my mother used to do often when we had a lot of plants in our yard. I used to tell my wife that if we had our own crops, we would not buy from the market and we would be able to eat fresh vegetables unlike the ones in the market that have chemicals added to keep them fresh. The pandemic came when we were still in Metro Manila, and because it was difficult to bring vegetables and fruits from different provinces to Manila, they raised the price. Their only reason is that they have a lot of perishable vegetables because they cannot be sold immediately, so they have no choice but to raise the price so as not to lose business. So I said when I return to our province I will really plant vegetables so that when I need and want to eat, I can get it right away. What I said came true because just a few months after I said those words, we returned to the province because the pandemic lasted and my work was also affected. Just two weeks since we came home, I saw a place in our yard where only grass had grown, I asked mom if I could clean it and weed it so I could plant vegetables. When I went to town, I immediately bought the seeds of what I wanted to plant. The first seeds I bought was bell pepper seeds, *pechay* and tomatoes. But because I don't have much knowledge about the proper care of crops, the results of what I planted, especially tomatoes and bell peppers, did not turn out well. Except for *pechay* which I grew because of its beautiful leaves, I harvested well. At the month of June, the rainy season has arrived. There I felt lazy because the garden I made was flooded with water when it rained heavily and my crops were ruined. That's why when the plants I planted there were gone, I looked for another place to make a garden. **Our current plants at our garden:** If we used to buy even lemon grass and ginger in Metro Manila, now we only plant it behind our house. We get what we want for free. We also have our own hot pepper plant that our source when we want to eat spicy food. This is what our friends in the market used to say that the price of chili peppers is high because they rot quickly. So even if it's expensive, when you really need it, you have no choice but to buy it. The vacant lot behind our house is wide and it's our own land, so no matter what plants we want to plant here, no one will be angry. We have also planted sweet potatoes, which cost Php10 per bundle of young leaves when we bought them and the leaves are almost dry. But now even if we eat it every day it's fine and I know it's fresh. I said earlier that I love stewed vegetables like okra, beans and squash so this is it, we also have crops of such vegetables. ***As they say, If something is planted, something will be reaped.*** If there is an empty lot in your area, you can use it and grow any kind of vegetables and fruits. Than only grass is benefiting from it. My mother likes to use *upo or* bottle gourd every new year as her "*pampalihi"* and she mixes it with beef or carabao meat, so we also thought that instead of buying from others, we will plant it ourselves so that it costs less when the new year come. And I know that before December, this *upo* plant will bear fruit that she can use. Once again, thank you readers for visiting ang reading this article. Have a nice day to all of us.

Why education is important? ***In our current time, especially in the Philippines, people are based on what level of education they have reached and what field they belong to. Usually it also depends on what we studied what kind of job we can get. The higher the education, the higher the respect received.*** **This is what I often used to ask myself,** ***"why am I studying?"*** When I was young I always heard my mother telling me when I was always absent from the class, "*son we are poor and we are not rich, we cannot give you everything you want and only wisdom and knowledge you will get from your education is the only treasure that we can give to you that will not be stolen by anyone so keep studying and learn everything."* I used to see that when a person finished their education, they gets a good job and achieves their dreams in life, they can buy everything they want. Most of the students don't know what the main purpose of studying is and others just come to their school not to study but because of their friends. Being a student is not far from being an employee or working because it also requires waking up early which is one of the reasons why studying is boring and mostly of the students feel lazy to goto school. **I have two colleagues here at my work, I interviewed them about why education is important and this is what they said, although both of them have finished their studies.** They were Edward Calimlim and Wilson James Cosulta. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100071167074817 https://www.facebook.com/james.avila.73307 Wilson said that the reason why education is important is to have a bright future and buy what you want in life. It is said that almost all the reasons why a person studies is because they want to change their lives through it. But it is said that not everyone who completes their studies achieves their dreams because there are people who do not want to work in fields that are not in their line or are not covered by their completed course. So most of them are unemployed and still depend on their parents. And this was also what Edward said of why education is important in order to have a lot of wisdom compared to those who have no education and to have a good job here in the Philippines and even in other countries. But he was also said that sometimes wisdom cannot be measured in learning from school because if for example you have learned a lot because you are an educated person and also for example I am not an educated person but have a lot of experience in life, it is said that there is a high possibility that you know a lot that I didn't know but there is also a possibility that there are things that I know that you don't know. He meant to say that it still depends on the person on how he handles himself. I learned the value of education when I was in high school, that's when I started to dream that I would finish my studies and become a policeman one day but unfortunately I was not given the chance because I wasn't even reached college with poverty. But despite everything, I have not lost hope in life because if I am given a chance to study again, I will take advantage of it to fulfill my dream. I believe in what they say that having a good education and having a good job is not the only way to fulfill our dreams in life and get out of poverty. Because it still depends on how we do things that can give us good results. **STRATEGIES IN LIFE!** This is what I always heard before especially when I first started working in another place. Once my older brother even told me that even if we only work with the job which far from our dream job, we just need a strategy and it will also make our lives easier in the future. We talked to someone who owned a bakeshop, he told us that he was only a high school graduate but he earns more money than they need and they have also bought cars and their own house and lot . But everything he said surprised me more, they said that their flour dealer only finished grade 3 but he is a millionaire now. This is also one of the things that proves that not only education is the only way for our dreams but also "DISKARTE SA BUHAY. " . *There's nothing bad to dream, let's dream as long as we can dream but let's not forget that there are no free dreams because each of them has a corresponding fee to make it come true. So if we have an opportunity to study, let's grab it right away because it's an opportunity that not everyone has.* Thank you again to my beloved readers and thank you very much for reading my article.

Our long ride road trip! ***Road trips are becoming a hobby for people now with motorcycles, especially those who work all week and when their day off or day-off comes, they will talk and agree to go on a road trip. They cover long roads even when the roads are very remote and difficult. The good thing about road trips is that there are many beautiful sights and beautiful scenery to see and pass through while driving a motorcycle.*** The other day my mother said that she was going to visit with my brother to our nephew who is currently living with his mother's new husband who was the ex-husband of my deceased brother. So when I heard that they were going, I immediately said that my wife and I would go with them so that I could go and see our nephew. And another thing is that I haven't been to that place yet and I also want to test the durability of my motorcycle that was bought six months ago. My mother didn't refuse that we would go with her and she even liked it because she said that there would be a lot of us going there. I talked to my wife that we will go together and I know that this is also what my wife wants to be able to go to another place. We bought meat so that we would bring so that if we felt hungry we could eat. I was on night duty on Saturday night and when I got home yesterday morning, I immediately fell asleep to restore my body's strength and not make me sleepy while driving. I slept for about three hours and I feel fine. At around 10 o'clock in the morning yesterday, we prepared our things to take, we brought water, food and money. We left around 10:30 am, my brother took a different route to get there and that was my first time to go through that route. I let my older brother go first because I didn't know who was going to the destination we were going to. I was surprised by the road we took because it was very difficult and the some road were very high because it is part of a mountain so I felt that my motorcycle was having a hard time, especially since its top speed is only 110. My brother's motorcycle is good because it is more powerful than my motorcycle so it does not have difficulty when it comes to high roads in mountainous areas. We are also careful that there might be checkpoints because I don't have a license yet, and the fine is very expensive if I get caught because the amount to be paid is said to reach Php10,000. We arrived there around 1 o'clock in the afternoon and our nephew was already waiting there because he knew we were going there. Because he is the oldest of all my nieces and nephews, he is now a young man, but I noticed that he has become a bit more shy than before. We didn't even go there to their house because my mother was ashamed because they were not our relatives except my nephew. My mother just gave my nephew Jeffrey money and told him that we will get him there on December for his birthday and that he will be here for Christmas and New Year. On our way home, we went to a nearby town to buy what my sister wanted because they said the goods in that mall are cheap. Even though I wasn't going to buy anything, I went inside the mall because it was so hot outside and to cool down because it was fully air-conditioned inside. I saw a small toy that can be hung in the bag and I also thought of buying one of it to serve as a souvenir for my first time going to that place and I also bought my son a cheap toy car, he doesn't have it anymore let go when I showed it to him. We talked before we left that we would find a good place on the road we would pass so that we could eat there. And besides the food we brought, we also bought fruits. But when we were on our way home, instead of looking for a good place by the sea, we couldn't find one because they forgot to stop to look for it, so we stopped temporarily on the side of the mountain to eat. We failed to eat at the beach but everyone was happy and we enjoyed our meal. We just rested a little after eating and we got back on our motorcycle and headed home. We arrived home at almost 5 in the afternoon and we arrived just in time because a heavy rain suddenly fell just a few minutes after we arrived. Yesterday was the first time I rode a motorcycle for such a long time that I was the driver.🏍️ *It's not bad to do things that make us happy as long as no one will be angry with us. It is also good to have time for things that make us happy because it is one of the things that will relieve our stress and temporarily come out of the reality of life.* Thanks for reading my blog! Have a nice day to all of us!

How I entered the world of trading and my top 2 coins! Cryptocurrency is gradually becoming known all over the world and it is being used in various ways such as online shopping, remittance and many others. I know in the future it will become more popular and maybe this will be the money we use especially now that we are in the digital era which is even if we don't carry money in our pockets and bags anymore thay even if we only carry cellphones to the grocery store and we will be able to buy what we want. Before, I only knew one crypto wallet and that was coins.ph and it was also the very first wallet that I had my first Satoshi or bitcoin about 7 years ago. As I said that we are in the digital era, even Paymaya and gcash, which used to accept only Philippine money, now they are also into cryptocurrency. If we think about it, it's very exciting and it seems that I can see the future a few years from now. Since then I have always read about crypto especially bitcoin, I have also joined many earning groups on facebook because I am always looking for earning sites and earning apps that I can get free bitcoin. What I used to do was that I immediately converted every bitcoin I saved because I was afraid that the price might decrease because before I didn't know how to buy and sell Bitcoin. But I already knew that the price of cryptocurrency fluctuated but that was all I knew at that time. Because I always watch videos on youtube I saw a video where they teach how to trade and I watched it until the end but because it was the first time I saw it I didn't seem to understand anything. The first trading platform I used was coinspro and I tried to trade based on the tutorials I watched on youtube. I am making money but not that much and the result of what I did was positive. I just set a trade through limit trade and I just waited for it to go down or if it went up. Even until now I can't really say that I know how to trade because I haven't been able to use indicators and patterns and I don't know how to use them because all on know is I just wanna buy low and sell high. I had a buy trade that was already filled but after it was filled I was surprised that the market fell quickly and until now it has not been able to return to that price, because that is the so-called ATH or the All Time High of the market, if you remember That's still yours last year 2020. The time came when I was introduced the noise.cash that was also the time I had BCH for the first time and I got to know this coin better. This is where I found out that there are even better besides BTC that have lightning-fast transactions and very low transaction fees. **My top 2 coins** For now I'm not paying attention to the thousands of coins and tokens that the market has and I'm just focusing on these two coins: Bitcoin cash or BCH Ripple or XRP These two are my main cryptocurrencies and I use them when it comes to my transactions online. BCH is like I said that it has very fast and has a very low transaction fee unlike bitcoin and ethereum that sometimes the gas fee is bigger than the amount of your coins when you transact. As for XRP, I can also say that it is also a good coin with a low transaction fee just like BCH. This is what I sometimes use when I transfer my coins from other wallet to main wallet or to trading platforms like Binance. Speaking of Binance, I'm currently trying to trade on this Platform and I'm temporarily leaving my previous trading platform coinspro because I want to learn how to use Binance which I always see and watch on facebook and youtube. Thanks for reading my dear readers!

This is how I keep myself fit and healthy! **Many people says that HEALTH IS WEALTH which is true!** **Having a strong and healthy body can be considered wealth, because your money and your liabilities are useless if you are always sick. So we really need to take care of our body because it is our investment in our daily livelihood.** When I was young and I was still studying in elementary school, I was not like other children who were agile and very active in school activities. Every vacant time I can usually be seen on the sidelines doing nothing but watching other children play. I was a shy child and lacked self confidence. And when I was in high school I still did the same thing, I didn't know how to be with my classmates and schoolmates so I was always feel lazy. I used to get sick easily so I always missed class. When I think about it now, it seems that I did not enjoy my childhood days because I did not experience what my same age experienced. Because of the difficulty of our life then and I only completed my studies until high school, only a few months have passed since our high school graduation, I immediately went to Metro Manila to look for a job to help my father and mother here in the province. I was still very thin during those times, maybe I was 19 years old at the time when it seemed like only bones and skin could be seen on my body, sometimes I was told that I was a skeleton.I eat properly and at the right time but I don't really gain weight even my body get a little flesh. I was still envious of my older brother who had a big and muscular body and no matter what kind of clothes he wore, they fit him right away because his body was in shape. So I asked my brother how did he grow his body when he used to be thin like me? And because I was curious, he told me to join him and that we were going somewhere, when we arrived it turned out to be a fitness gym. I've known about it before but I haven't tried it yet and I don't know how to start, luckily my brother knows how to do it inside the Gym. At first I had a really hard time even though I was only lifting a few pounds, we immediately spent about an hour and a half in the gym and when the next day came my body was so sore that I couldn't move properly and it seemed like I would have of fever because of pain I was felt. So I told my brother that I will not go there again because my body is really sick. My older brother laughed at me because he said it's normal to feel pain after going to the gym, especially if it's your first time. I continued to lift weights at the gym almost every day and I knew I was improving because I was gradually increasing the weight I was lifting but I felt lazy when I looked in the mirror as if nothing had changed in my body and I was too I'm still thin. So I decided to stop going to the gym because I was just tired and nothing was happening But even when I stopped going to the gym, my older brother continued and just laughed at me because he said I gave up too quickly. A few weeks passed and I seemed to be envious of those I see from the gym with good body shapes and I thought that maybe it was because they were lifting in the Gym that I thought about going back to lifting. I ate healthy and tried to build my body every day that even though I was tired from work, I just ignored it for my goal of gaining weight. Almost 6 months ago I saw that there was a change in my body, it had cuts and the shapes of my muscles were formed, my weight was also increasing and I no longer get tired as quickly. Until I achieved my desired body shape and weight. Many people are surprised when they see me because they say why I became big? 😂 I just continued doing that for myself, although I really spend that money for per session at the fitness gym and for my food and vitamins. I was 22 years old when I stopped my vice, my only vice before was drinking alcohol. I managed to stop drinking alcohol slowly, and I no longer go out if someone invites me. I became a health conscious person and it became a goal of mine to maintain a weight which is normal for my height of 5'6. ***This is the list of things I do to keep myself physically fit:*** *Exercise every day* *Eat nutritious food* *Leave vices* *Sleep early (7 to 8 hours sleep)* *Avoid a lot of stress* *Take food supplements if necessary* *Self-discipline* *Praying* **We are the only ones responsible for keeping ourselves in good shape because we are the only ones who destroy and cause our bodies to weaken.** Now even though we are here in the province and far from the city and there is no fitness gym, I continue to maintain my body. Even though I have a wife and a child, I still don't change what I do. Every day I do 200 push ups or more, pull ups and I lift my 4 pound dumbell to keep my muscles in my triceps and biceps. That's all my story for now😊. Thank you very much for reading my article. ***Feel free to read my last article :*** It's not just about making money but also about having a lot of knowledge. https://read.cash/@Daithan/its-not-just-about-making-money-but-also-about-having-a-lot-of-knowledge-667c20c3

It's not just about making money but also about having a lot of knowledge. ***Money is something that people often think about, it can be seen in everything that we see around. It's also something that we look for every day we hope to have a lot of value of it.*** ***They say it is the source of evil and good.*** ***If we think about it it's just a piece of paper or a small piece of metal but it's very hard to find especially if we're not doing anything. From the moment we wake up in the morning until we go to sleep at night, we need money and this is also the reason why we work. It's just painful to think about because sometimes we forget to pray because this is what we always think about.*** It all started when I had knowledge about cryptocurrency way back 2016, I know that I knew very little about cryptocurrency in those days and I was more blessed then because I learned about crypto early but the only mistake I made was that I didn't made it serious. I still remember that crypto faucets were my only way to earn some cryptocurrency. I still also remember that the price of Bitcoin was not that high at that time when I remember that bitcoin was around $13580 much lower than the current price. A few years passed until I became interested again in doing something that I could earn online, and I found out about bitcoin mining. I have joined many facebook groups that share their earning sites so I thought I would try some of them. I can't even count how many accounts I've made on different websites that people share in the groups I've joined on fb. When I know I can't or I know it's impossible to get a payout, I leave it immediately and find another site that I could try. I was currently using cryptotabbrowser, a browser with built-in bitcoin mining and it also has a referral program so like others I see on FB I also tried to share about it. I invited one person to join my referral and it was also because of him that I found out about noise.cash and this platform read.cash. At first I just ignored his insistence to join noise.cash even though I can see from screenshots he shows me about the BCH he gets and proves the legitimacy of this platform. https://noise.cash/u/Ethan6692 Almost a week passed and I also tried to create my own account at noise.cash and since it didn't have a referral program then I immediately signed up. https://noise.cash/u/Ethan6692 And since then, my journey has started with BCH which I used to ignore because I was always looking at BTC. And since then, my journey in BCH has started which I used to ignore because I was always looking at BTC. I have been using the NC platform for almost two years now and I have made many friends and acquaintances worldwide through this platform. It is true what they say not only money what these platforms give us but also friends. Because we don't know that one day we will go somewhere else and we will be surprised to find out that we know someone who is also a member of NC or even here at readcash. This is also where I got to know about BCH because it is not just coins but more than being a coins. It's true what they say that while we make money, we also have a lot of knowledge and friends. I was surprised when I looked at my BCH transactions on my blockchair.com because it reached about $3400. This is a huge amount for me but due to lack I am forced to use every bit of BCH I have accumulated. The money I got from noise.cash also does not go to waste because I used it to buy our needs. Because of BCH I was able to buy a new cellphone worth $289 which is the phone I am currently using now. I have lost a lot of acquaintances on the NC platform and also met a lot of new ones. This is what I do while I'm at home, I always write down each of my activities in a day. Even in my work I also create content that I can post during my vacant time. It's so fun to be here be I knew how to manage my time to be a more productive one. Now that read.cash is here, I'll try to write more than I write in noise.cash. This is an training for me to become an author of an article that I will do. Thanks for reading my dear readers! Feel free to read my last article. See again to my next article 😊. @Daithan

How likely are you to achieve your dreams by being a minimum wage employee? *I know, something that you have probably heard from other people or from your parents that have told you when you were young and currently studying that you need to study hard to get a good job and when you fulfill your dreams.* It is a painful truth that we will only be an employee after we study except for those people who prefer running a business or building their own business. How many percent get rich or get out of their poverty by being an employee? Based on my knowledge, only 5%-10% of employees, especially those in the private sector, become rich and the rest remain employees throughout their lives or until they get old. The higher the level of education, the better the job, that's the choice of companies looking for their recruits. Even among government employees or those in the public sector, it is rare that they do not finished college. So it's true what our parents say that we need to study hard to find a good job in the future. But not everyone has the ability to complete their children's education. Like my parents, which is farming is father's occupation ang my mother was only a full time house wife, so it was impossible for me to study until college when I was still studying, and I have accepted to myself that only high school will be the highest education level I have studied. I can't even study while working or a working student like others do because my immune system used to be so weak that it might even kill me. There were still no scholarship programs in the past as there are many today. Since I didn't finish my education, I am currently in the private sector as an employee and only earn the minimum rate wage. So I ask myself, "*can I get my dreams by being an employee?".* You've probably asked this yourself, haven't you? I have been an employee for more than ten years and nothing seems to have changed in my life, nothing has been saved and currently I have no money in the bank. I have also tried to join sideline businesses such as MLM or multi-level marketing but I just failed because of the lack of knowledge on how to do it. Just as a minimum wager, we probably know that the minimum wage in metro manila is only Php 570 per day and here in our province it is currently at Php 350 per day and only reaches more than Php 10,500 within a month. *I can't say that we are short of money with the amount that I am paid.* If my monthly is about Php10,500, Our food allowance for one month will be reduced by Php6000 or more or less like that. And the rest of that is for our other expenses like the following, Transportation expenses like fuel and motorcycle maintenance. Mobile load for internet connection to buy for the interior of the house After all, Php10,500 worth of money is not enough for a whole month. But because there is no other way but we have to save and fit the money I earned. Maybe all of us who are here on this platform, or even on noise.cash or noise.app which are both earning sites are in 75% of us and that's why we are here because we need to earn money as extra income. One of my dreams is to have my own house and land for my family. Have my own car I can give my family a good life To visit beautiful places And be able to serve God well This is my list of five dreams that I want to fulfill but I ask myself, can I make it come true? Readers, what are your dreams in life and can you possibly fulfill them through your current situation? Just comment below! 👇
