Toilet phobia do actually exist but it is most likely least to talked.
Pooping is a healthy part of our bodily function and shouldn't be ashamed of talking about it. To a lot of people it gives them anxiety to poop in public restrooms,in their friends house, or even in their relatives.
But I will give you a tip on how to ease your anxiety about having a poop in public places.
Add a soundtrack – when you are in your friend's house you can keep the tap water running though it cost more water. But there is an app in your that copy and produce a fake running water sound which is great and help you relax when you poop.
Flush immediately – When you poop in public restrooms you can do this tip. The time that your poop will drop in the toilet you can flash it immediately and repeatedly to get rid the smell and other unnecessary sound.
Air freshener – If you are worried about the smell of your poop (which is normal) you can use an air freshener. You can put it in a small sprayer so you can bring it in public places.
Everyone does – The more you worry the more it stresses you out. It is normal to poop even you crush poops – it's a natural part of our bodily functioning like sweating and breathing. And the more that you hold it in the more that it can cause harm to your body.
So now relax, calm down friend. It is normal to poop.
