Investment is the real deal☺️☺️. I love investing 🙃. Investing is buying of assets for the purpose of making interest. Real estate is one of the best things to invest in, because real estate is always on the rise, it doesn't drop in value. But, life is full of risk, so I'll still go for investing rather than saving. But it's still advisable to Save up incase of unforseen circumstances. And also, don't put in all your cash into investment, it's called risk management.

My first month as a tailoring apprentice (continuation)
I started a story of how I decided to go learn how to sew, this is a continuation.

So I stopped at where I said, I made lots of mistakes while sewing my first short. I'll be listing the few mistakes I made 😂😂. But before that, my material combination were quite off, but it didn't matter because I was just trying out something for the first time so I didn't really consider my material combination.
The picture above shows when I was about to join the zipper flap to the short, I got that one right tho, and I felt proud 😄
So in the picture above, I've joined the flap and I was done with adding the front and the back, remaining to join my waist band and my belt loops 😞. That's where the problem begun.
Anyways I was able to finish up MY FIRST SEWED SHORT AS AN APPRENTICE. Actually it took me almost 4 days to complete it😂😂, unlike now that I can finish a short within hours. It wasn't perfect tho, but I was definitely proud of it🙂🙂.

So finally, I had to try it out. So I wore the finished work🙂🙂. That's where I discovered all the mistakes I made 🥺
So my mistakes were
I made short's waist was smaller than my actual waist😂😂
I missed 1 belt loop, instead of 6, I fixed 5
The length of the short was too short for Me
My lines were not really straight while sewing
And finally I used 2 different unrelated materials 😂😂
Anyways, I learnt from those mistakes, and now I'm better, I've sewn other shorts and trousers so far, and I won't say I'm Perfect, but I'm definitely better than I was few weeks ago.
If you're doing anything in life, keep on practicing, definitely, you'll never better with time.

As the host, you're not expected to book a table on the day of the meeting, so you won't encounter any form of unforseen circumstances where they'll be no free table for you and your guests
°Never pull out a chair for someone
During any business meeting, every social responsibilities are to be left behind, wether man or woman, you are not expected to pull out a chair for the person, except nHe or she got no hands at all
°Keep the food options balanced with your guest
It would be weird to make your guest feel uncomfortable because of your choice of meal, during a Business meeting, every needs to be comfortable to be able to bargain and come into terms properly
°Know the proper places to place your utensils
It is really really important to know the correct places to place your utensils, it would be so embarassing not to know that
Food is placed to the left of the dinner plate. The words food and left each have four letters; if the table is set properly, your bread or salad or any other food dish, will be placed to the left of your dinner plate
Similarly, drinks are placed to the right of the dinner plate, and the words glass and right contain five letters. Any glass or drink will be placed to the right of the dinner plate
Left and right also work for your utensils. Your fork (four letters) goes to the left; your knife and spoon (five letters each) go to the right

Love of money is that feeling you get, that pushes you to do anything in your reach to get any amount of money you want, wether it's the right way or the wrong way.
Love of money can have the positive effect on an individual and also a very negative effect on an individual, depending on their morality and self control
Love of money would make you be so hardworking in what you do just so you can earn as much as you can, and I think it is also what drives people to do disastrous things just to get money.

The picture above should be my first day after I decided to go learn how to SEW. It wasn't an easy decision tho, because I was definitely enjoying the comfort of staying indoors.
Now you might be thinking, WHAT LED TO MY DECISION OF WANTING TO BECOME A FASHION DESIGNER AND TAILOR
It all started when the CORONA pandemic hit the world unexpectedly, by the way, i am an undergraduate, I'm studying electrical/electronic engineering. Back to the story🙂, so I was still in school session when the whole Corona pandemic started, and the funny thing is we were about to start examination to end the semester. Unfortunately, the pandemic didn't let that happen.
So most of us actually thought the pandemic will last for probably a week or two, then we'll be back to school, but that wasn't the case
We stayed the first month, second month, and I was like wow, this Corona is really really really serious, like the whole world was on total lockdown, and I was everyday anticipating a cure for Corona and that school resumes soon.
So the 3rd month of staying at home came by and and that moment I felt like weeping 😭, because they was no positive or encouraging news about the Corona virus.
At that point I started thinking of what I'll do incase school doesn't resumes as expected, then a thought crossed my mind.🙂
Why not learn to sew, since you've always had passion for it.

So I decided to go search for a worthy place to learn how to sew, this was after the corona lockdown was lifted and they was freedom of movement 🙂
Finally I found a place to learn, it wasn't an easy task searching tho, but I did not give up on searching
Never give up on pursuing your dreams
My lead picture shows a picture I took on my first day at work, it was a Wonderful first day tho. I tried familiarising myself with the people there, and also how to paddle paddle the sewing machine.
I won't lie, my first trial was a mess, I did the exact opposite of what's right 😄😄
Gradually I started adapting to paddling of the machine and so on.
The first thing I learnt was how to cut a short for sewing, after so much observations and studies
I decided to try something out 😄😄, I'll be dropping a picture of my first short sewing attempt

Bitcoin Cash Rallies 7%, More Upsides Likely If BCH Clears 100 SMA
The BCH, rallied past 6% and seriously broke the $230 and $235 resistance level on the graph against the USD. BCH might likely reach or rally past $250 of at some point it clears the 100 SMA(H4)
1. BCH priceis gradually gaining momentum above the the resistance of $235 against the USD
2. The price is currently facing hurdles towards the $240 and the 100 SMA (4H)
3. THhe priceis like take a bullish movement of it clears the 100 SMA AND $240
BCH price rallies 6%
After forming a strong support at the 220 dollar level, BTC started a continuous recovery. It exceeded the 220 and 230 resistance levels just managed it way into a really positive zone, in correlation with Bitcoin which is at $10500
The price traded above the 23.6% fib retracement level of the bearish move from $297 high to $200 low. The chart also broke a key contracting triangle with with resistance close to the $233 on the 4 hour chart of the Paley BCH/USD
THE pair is now in an upward movement towards $240 and the 100 SMA(4H). IF the BCH passes the 100 SMA, there's a chance of another push towards the $250
Dips supportedin BCH?
The broken triangle near $234 might provide support to the BCH, if it starts a downwards correction. The next important support is near the $230 level, where there's likely to be a bullish attack.
If the price doesn't stay above the $230 support, the price would test the $220 support. Any further losses may end up pushing the price to $200.

RECIPE
500gms Assorted Meat or Chicken (if you’re using any)
1 Medium Size Fresh Fish (Preferably Catfish)
2-3 Pieces of Stockfish/Panla ( preferably the head)
1 Medium Size Smoked fish
1 Tablespoon Crayfish
2 Tablespoons Dry Ground Pepper or 3 Fresh Yellow Atarodo
1 Small Chunk of Ogiri Okpei/Dawadawa
2-3 Tablespoons Uziza Leaves OR
1 Tablespoon Utazi or Both
2 Calabash Nutmeg seed (Ehuru)
1 Uda pod
1 Teaspoon Uziza seeds (If you can’t source Ehuru, Uda or Uziza seeds, just use 2 tablespoons pepper soup spice)
4 Medium Slices of Yam
2 Knorr Cubes
Salt to taste
