This post is dedicated to all RFND community and for all our team to answer the most common doubts that people have on our Refund Telegram Group.

Questions:

 

• Why did you create Refund Token?

 

Refund Token was created to assure fair dividend distribution for any crypto holder. I personally witnessed in my country together with a lot of friends from other countries, very low returns on investments. If any investor perceives any dividend, it has to be above the real inflation. So if the inflation is 5%, you shall get dividend of at least 6% of anual rate. If you get lower dividend or lower yield, your money loses value.

 

• What is Refund Token?

 

Refund Token = RFND is a SLP token. SLP stands for Simple Ledger Protocol, it runs on one of the best IT platform in crypto industry, linked to Bitcoin Cash (BCH). 

 

When an investor buys RFND on memo.cash, we receive Bitcoin Cash. That Bitcoin Cash is invested. Our investment goes from low risk to high risk. The investment is divided into 5 funds. Every 2 months we pay 50% of profit of the fund which got the best profit. (we will change the dynamic to make it more simple for accounting records in 1 month). So then we rest expenses for payroll, marketing, IT security, Research and development of new technologies and taxes, and pay the dividend.

 

• When and how is this dividend paid?

 

This dividend is paid on July 9th, in Bitcoin Cash. Every SLP wallet which holds at least 50,000 RFND is entitled to receive the dividend. Your SLP wallet receives automatically our deposit.

 

• What is the price of Refund Token?

 

Today 1 RFND = 1.01 satoshi of Bitcoin Cash

1,000,000 RFND = 0.01 BCH = 2.36 USD

The exchange rate of RFND and BCH will go up or down.

 

You can check it on memo.cash – section of tokens.

 

• How is RFND price calculated?

 

Value of all Trading assets (in Bitcoin Cash satoshi) / Total circulating supply x 0.90 (Factor)

 

That means that each RFND is backed up by a value of other cryptos. As our circulating supply will be decreasing, so will our Factor increasing.

 

@Cryptovato1 personally places new sales bids on memo.cash every day. Every investor can place them too. If you want to sell fast, you are supposed to sell at lower prices, if you care about profits – then sell above our official exchange rate. It’s your choice.

 

• Where can I get RFND token?

 

First of all you need Bitcoin Cash to buy RFND. If you have Ethereum or any other token, convert first your cryptos into BCH. I personally use Huobi Global, another choice is Bitcoin.com exchange or any other. 

 

Then send it to your address to memo.cash. If you aren’t a user of memo.cash, you need to sign up: Keep always your user and password in safe locations. (if you lose them, we cannot recover them for you).

• When will you be listed on any crypto exchange?

 

I personally want to go to be listed in 2021. We want to be ready for it, well prepared and consolidated. We need to work more on positioning, Brand awareness, great customer service, strategic alliances and PR in general.

 

I would like to achieve at least the price of 1 RFND = 20 sat.

 

On crypto exchange the price will be determined only by demand and supply.

 

• What is your competitive advantage?

 

High value of our dividends. 

 

We pay above the average rate of dividends in crypto industry. Why? Because we want to share it with our RFND community, respecting all the accounting, tax, financial and business guidelines to make our model sustainable. Our projected dividends for next period will be going to average 0.08 satoshi per Refund. This is our goal.

• Can I withdraw my RFND when I want to?

 

Yes you can do it at any time on memo.cash. There are no restrictions. 

 

• Is there any Refund for free?

 

Yes, I have contemplated this option carefully. At this moment we have 3 options:

I recommend you Electron.cash SLP wallet.  You can get it on https://github.com/simpleledger/Electron-Cash-SLP

 

Always keep safe your seed phrase. That’s the only posible way to restart your wallet.

 

Another wallet I recommend is Badger wallet which runs a plugin on Google Chrome or Firefox.

 

If you have small amounts, you can also keep them on memo.cash

 

• How can I transfer my balance from Mintbot to SLP wallet?

 

If someone tips you on Telegram. Your balance goes to Mintbot.

 

• Go to @MintSLPBot and open it

• To check your balance of SLP tokens, type “Balance” and send to Mintbot. You will find a list of SLP tokens you hold, together with:

• Token ID

• Quantity of Token

• Name of token.

• To withdraw them, you need to have your other SLP address and I recommend you to have at least 0.0015 BCH for fees. (0.40 USD).

• Type /withdraw <TokenId> <Quantity to withdraw> <SLP address>

• Try first with low amount, and then check your balance.

• Why shall I transfer my SLP tokens from Mintbot?

        

      Because it’s better more professional. And your funds will remain in much safer wallet. 

 

• What if there is a bear market strong pull back?

 

Yes, we are ready for all these kind of situations at any moment. Some of our cryptos are stable coins and swiss francs, so we get ready. Bear market is also the moment to buy and sell, so even if any crypto loses value during certain period of time. There is also a chance to keep on adding the amount of this crypto.

 

• How can I transfer RFND to my national fiat?

 

You need to convert it into Bitcoin Cash. And then you can collect BCH in your country by the established means of payment.

 

• What is the value of all trading assets?

Currently the value of all trading assets isa round 12 Bitcoin Cash (2,800 USD).

 

We also hold strong reserves of 28 Bitcoin Cash in selected cryptos.
