You are NEVER alone

“When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.”

Today’s verse is one of reassurance. We all pass through very difficult and trying time. Jesus never promised us a perfect and carefree life. He actually wanted us that if the prosecute Him, we will have our our trials.

Even though we are not sure assured an easy life, we are promised that God is always with us. When we change our perspective from “me and now” to trust in the Lord, the way we view the troubles and tribulations change.

Take any Bible story and read 1/2 way and stop. They are all terrible if you don’t continue to the end. When we look at them in their entirety, we have the big picture and we can see Divine Providence. Your life is no different.

When you are in difficult times, you are at the 1/2 point. God is with you and he has marvelous plans for you. Trust in Him and get past the here and now. Look at the big picture and take heart.

You are alive and kicking. Trust in the Lord.
