There are many things in this world that work as obstacles. The world makes all kinds of ideas, situations, and feelings seem more important than the Lord. It’s becoming all too common place.

In this post, let’s focus on addictions. These are the current plague of the ages. There are so many addictions, let’s focus on those that destroy the body, mind, and spirit.

These are obstacles in the lives of those addicted and those that love the addicted because they can take importance and focus off the Lord. They also destroy the body which is the Lord’s temple.

As a reformed alcoholic, there is no easy path out, but turn this obstacle into a victory for Christ. In the name of Jesus, destroy this addiction and pray for the strength to remain clean.
