Self Crucification

“And they that are of Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with the passions and the lusts thereof.”

Today’s verse is one of not only are welcomed into God’s family, but reality is ever present. We are not expected to be perfect. The Lord knows that there are temptations specifically tailored to our weaknesses. We also have an advocate and a place to hang these temptations of the flesh. The forgiveness, love, and sacrifice of the Lord always blows me away.

All through out the Bible you can see the Love of the Lord in every action. He knew His people were stiff necked and rebellious. Reading the Old Testament, really nothing much has changed.

The material world has evolved and became more accessible, but the temptations and sins are pretty much the same.

Rest assured that the Lord shall continue to provide for us. You are never alone. You are in a unique situation that is beyond the grace and love of Christ. Crucify your passions of flesh and walk with the Lord
