My wife and I passed this field this evening. Instead of rice, they planted colorful flowers. This is a good idea. The government discouraged river this year due to the drought. Flowers are fine.

Haven't yet seen such flowering plants as crops in my place. The farmers usually stop planting crops after harvest and when water becomes scarce and weeds and grasses will takeover some becomes food for farm animals and some weeds bear beautiful flowers.

This is good to plant though. It will give a wonderful sight to everyone who can passed by in this field. If i was there, for sure i will visit this place.
