Here's a picture of my great-niece. My mom does most of the babysitting, and this rugrat is really moving around. So I bought this stationary walker. The babe can hold onto the handlebars and try to walk. The base is slippery enough that the feet can walk, but the babe won't go anywhere. Most of the problems were solved.

The smile really won my heart and seems your great niece is pretty enjoying the stationary walker.
Your grand niece seems so happy with the new contraption. I remember mother putting a sash round my brother and tying him to the dining table while she was busy in the kitchen.
