However, it can be a little difficult to understand at first. When we are afraid and worried, we only hear “fear not” and then our brain shuts off. Nothing is worse than someone telling us- don’t be afraid- or this isn’t a problem. In fact, to us it is. To us it feels like the end of the world is at hand. However, once we look past that, we can read our hear, God is with us. God will make us stronger. God will help us. Once we realize this, the fear should lessen if not disappear.
