Be Strong and have Faith!

“Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not affrighted, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.”

Today’s verse comes from one of Joshua’s greatest challenges. Moses is gone and he has to lead the Lord’s people. He knows that they are a frustrating and stiff necked people. He had a big challenge. And Good reminded him that the Lord is with him and there is nothing to worry about. Have faith.

In our lives we have nothing compatible to leading a people into a new land and done everything that he had to. However, we have many challenges that we can take this verse to heart.

To have faith in the Lord can make us mighty and live in peace. Let’s put this verse in our hearts. Come on, let’s cross the Jordan and match around Jericho!
