Starting a 90 day exercise plan I just started a new diet, but I wish there was another word for it. It's really an exercise program. It uses HIIT exercise mostly. From what I understand, it takes about 15 minutes of exercise. I'm not sure about the schedule. In the commercial, it was mentioned 3 days a week along with carb-cycling. Good morning. We are still in the south on the second day of our vacation. Today we are going to check out a newly opened road. It goes across the lower half of Taiwan. We need to see if it is appropriate for the Harley Davisons group.
Now we are starting the journey across the island. The weather is beautiful and the sky is so blue.
We are boiling eggs in a natural hot springs! It’s so delicious. Then we add a little salt. Want to try some.
We found this giant pillow. This is a local brand of snack. Here they Use a special rice to make it.
Okay. So we are preparing a trip for Taiwan Harley Davison group and we are marking all the gas stations before we start the cross island express way with no gas stations or anything. We start and realize that we are so busy making the route that we forget to get our gas. So we backtracked 30 minutes to get gas. I guess we’re getting old ;). At least we caught it.
We are looking into this spa hotel for a motorcycle trip for my brother-in-law group. This one is booked thru September. So we will continue to look for one. The weather in the CD mountains is very nice.
For our lunch, we are getting this famous Bento- lunch box. It’s the tradition here that the rail station has the best. Now we are waiting for the lunches. I’ll post a picture when we get them.

Today we are cleaning up my father-in-law’s legacy. Every year he made medicine wine for skin and stomach uses. But we didn’t know he made so much. We don’t know how long it’s good for. This jar is about 4-6 gallons. We need to do something with all these jars-about 10. So we are asking old neighbors that do the same it’ if they want any. This was today's FB memory. This is my youngest as we drove to the south part of the island. It was a long drive and there was nothing much to play with. So he is grooven with ear muffs and a school bus toy. Such a great time.
