Hello to the Read Cash Community. It is one of my first blog post here, so please forgive my mistakes, I will try to write as my best although I don't have any experience in writing blog posts. Anyways, Let me share the story now and what happened that made me loose almost $100.

SO, I am a college going student and I am in first year of my studies, My wish is to get an iPad for my studies, So I decided to save some money so that I can buy an iPad on my own. Almost 3 Days ago, I got a second hand deal for an iPad which was costing me somewhat 250$. It was in good condition and it looked perfectly fine, So after thinking so much I decided to go for it. I had somewhat around 100$ worth money in Bitcoin Cash. So in order to buy the iPad, I had to convert those BCH into my local currency. So I decided to transfer those amount from my BitPay account to Binance Yesterday on 15/07/2021. So basically in my computer I have saved few of my BCH addresses so that I don't always have to login and generate a new address for transferring funds. Unfortunately It had my old Bitcoin Wallet address Saved too. It was of that account which I had no longer access to. I had no idea that my old BCH address is also still saved in my chrome until I started panicking that why my funds is not yet showing in Binance. Then I started to look that what has happened wrong, I quickly realized that oh shit, I sent it to the wrong address of which I don't have any access. After that I decided to try my best to recover that account but no, It is next to impossible to recover an account of which you lost complete access to.

One another mistake which I did was to send all the money at once. To be Honest, I never really had any idea that such things might happen with me. I am very aware of what I do and I never expected such big mistake to be done by myself only. One thing more which I realized is to always use a fresh address for transacting in Crypto, Atleast when you're doing some Big amount of transactions. Anyways, My aim to get an iPad is delayed by few months again now. But I will try to work hard once again so that I get what I dream of.

At Last, I would like to advise to everyone who is reading this is to be extra careful when you're transacting in Crypto. And always to cross check when you do transactions in big numbers. Mistakes can happen to anyone at any point of life. And I realized this very quickly. Mistakes do happen but important is what you learn from it.

And Sorry if I wrote anything without proper order or whatever mistakes I did, Forgive me for that. But do let me know what are my mistakes so that I can work upon them!
