"Tuscan Chicken Casserole With Cheese"
Tuscan Chicken Casserole dish is originate in Tuscany region of Italy. Tuscan Chicken pairs with mushrooms and creamy sauce. Tuscan Chicken Casserole with Cheese complete the delicious dinner on every occasion. You can add your favorite veggies to the dish if you are vegetarian person. Let's have look at the recipe!
Ingredients ;
Butter 3 table spoon
All purpose flour 3 table spoon
Black Pepper Powder 3 table spoon
Nutmeg Powder 1/2 table spoon
Salt 2 table spoon
All Spices Powder 1/2 table spoon
Milk 1/2 Cup
Cheddar Cheese 1 Cup
Chicken Fillets 1/2 kg
(Chopped into small cubes)
Cooking Oil 3 table spoon
Chopped Onion 1/2 cup
Crushed Garlic 1 table spoon
Red Pepper 2 table spoon
Tomato Paste 1 table spoon
Tomato chopped 1/2 cup
Mushrooms Chopped 100 grams
Mustard Paste 1/2 table spoon
Spinach 300 grams
Boiled Macaroni 1 Cup
Eggs beaten 2
Cream 2 table spoon
Mozzarella Cheese 200 grams
Preparation Of Bechamel Sauce :
Add 3 table spoon in pan and heat it on low flame. All purpose flour in the butter cook it for a minute. Add black lack pepper powder, nutmeg, salt and spices powder in the flour and mix it well with spoon. Add 1/4 cup of milk and cheddar cheese in the flour. Now keep mixing the substance on low flame for 4-5 minutes. Keep adding remaining milk to keep the consistency of the sauce. Once it done keep it out in the bowl and set aside.
Chicken & Mushrooms Frying :
Heat 3 table spoon cooking oil on the low flame in pan and add 1/2 kg chicken cubes and chopped onion to fry for 7-8 minutes. Add crushed garlic paste, red pepper and black pepper along with salt in the chicken. Add tomato paste and chopped tomatoes along with mushrooms and spinach cook it 5 minutes.
Mixing Chicken Mushrooms with Bechamel Sauce :
Turn off the flame and put 1 cup of boiled Macaroni in the pan. Add Bechamel Sauce in the pan and and mix it fried chicken and mushrooms. Pour beaten eggs along with 2 table spoon cream on the surface.
Overlying the Mozzarella Cheese :
Keep out the whole dish in the deep dish and overly with mozzarella cheese the whole surface.
Oven Cooking :
Keep the dish in oven on 180°C for 10- 15 minutes.
