Successful Writing; Handling Stressed

Is there a time that you want to write something but the moment you start to write about it, you just forgot what you have to say in your Article?

There is a reason behind your forgetfulness, it’s either you’re stressed, you’re thinking a lot of other stuff more than focusing what you supposed to write.

I experienced it a lot of time especially those time that I’m still working on my Summer Job. I do love to write and I do love to read but I always got stressed out because of my work and I can’t rest my brain to think of anything. I have already published 12 Articles here in read.cash and there are times that my mind isn’t functioning well that it doesn’t work to think of anything to write.

Here are some tips of mine and I do to keep me going with my Article.

Set your targets for success.

First of is to set your target for successful writing. Being very clear about your goals can do wonders for your work. What do you want to accomplish your goal well? You want to give your audience/readers a message about your work or blow your audience minds away. Write down your intentions to give you direction for well instructions and actionable steps.

Enumerate the steps so you can make a realistic to-do list that you can follow.

Carry Notebook

Wherever you are or wherever you go, always bring a notebook with you. It doesn’t have to be that big, you should bring at least a small notebook to write your thoughts at the moment at a time.

You can also use your notes from your phone to type in what you’ve been thinking of recently that will give addition to the information you have. Whether it’s completely random, take that down, you might need that for your future writing.

I personally prefer writing on notes build in my phone because I always cary my phone with me everywhere I go and sometimes I don’t carry a bag so I have nowhere to put my notebook.

Focus on what’s important

If a lot of negative thoughts been circling around your head and adding negative effects giving you what if’s, such “What if no one is interested of your Article” , block that negative thoughts down. You have the freedom to write about anything you like. No one can judge you. You write according to your curiosity and you’re learning from curiosity. Concentrate on the point of your Article rather than the negatives.

Fix your posture while writing. Sitting up straight will help you concentrate far longer if you are slumped. Stay conscious of how upright you are on your chair. It can do wonders for your confidence too!

Set the mood with the right music

Classical music is said to help you better in thinking, and can get your brain ready for intense to write and you can give you ideas. If this genre is too far out for you, try instrumental melodies that can put you in a meditative mood. The absence of lyrics can get your mind more focused on the task at hand.

Depends in your mood, listen to music that will make you think better and relax your head with its melody.

Handle Stress, Take a Break

When you are researching obsessively and cannot think for anything else, that is when your mind gets really blocked. So what you need is to take a break and breathe.

Give your brain and body a rest every hour by standing up and walking around or rewarding yourself with some treat or sweet treats for your hard work in writing. This will help you prevent burn out.
