When this problem exists, the human body has the ability to maintain its weight even if the calorie intake is minimal. Specialized medical treatments to correct this problem are not always successful, but despite everything, the person can, with the express approval of their doctor, do more to reduce:

1) Keep your calorie intake low (although with this you will not lose weight, at least you will not continue to increase, and this is already a victory).

2) Adopt a program of physical exercises that, practiced constantly, will help you lose at least a few kilos.
