● Strengths of Bitcoin & Silver
To play Devil’s advocate, here are some of Gold and Silver’s strengths when compared with Bitcoin and Crypto:
1.) Gold/Silver is vastly superior to fiat, which is inflationary and debt-based. Bitcoin is even more superior in this regard.
2.) Gold/Silver is currently less volatile than Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. However, as the crypto market cap grows its volatility will also reduce, but it is true that currently gold & silver are less volatile than crypto.
3.) Gold/Silver has a longer history of confidence (thousands of years). But in time, truly disruptive technology (such as Bitcoin) always outdates its predecessors. EXAMPLES: email vs letter, car vs horse & buggy, cell phone vs landline, Uber vs taxis, flat screen TV vs CRT, Bitcoin vs Gold, etc.
