Decision-making: Human Power

How do I say that decision-making is a human power? It's because humans had the capability to decide for themselves and for people that surrounds them. Decision-making making is one of the most crucial part because it can change everything. This is the most hardest part of life in which anyone of us need to decide what will be our choice in life. We need to think crucially and synthesize the possible results of our decision. In life, we are required to decide everyday. Since we were young there are people surrounds us like our parents who deciding for us. They think the best way to make our life better and eliminates all the negative effects of bad decisions. For an instance, our parents on childhood are the one to decide what to wear because as a young child, we don't know about fashion and we don't know what to wear in appropriate occasions we need to attend. There are also instances that our parents will decide if we're going to study on private or public so that we can learn. As a parents, they will make a decision based on the current living. If your parents can afford to enroll you in private school cause they believe that it had good quality of education then your lucky but there are also parents who enrolling their children to public schools due to the fact that public schools had more good quality of education and the school fee is free.

When we are getting older, we start to think everything in life and our parents giving us the freedom to decide and also we have own freedom to decide. For an instance, we're at the store looking for delicious candy to buy, as a young child we are already engage on decision-making. We are deciding which candy is the best to eat, sometimes we are asking the owner to gave us the best candy cost 1 peso. See, even a mere child can decide little things in his or her life. When it comes to decision-making inside the house, the one who deciding is our parents and elderly because they are the superior and we are just inferiors that need to follow the decision. They gain lots of experience and knowledge that is why implementing a decision is their ability. What if those decisions are not appropriate and there's something wrong to it? Are you still going to accept it? What I mean, what if the decision inside the house if not favorable to everyone? Sometimes there are decisions inside the house implemented without thinking the possible outcome. Some family members are against into it but the pride is overcome the decision and no one can change it. In that matters, it can create a barrier in family. Problems will start to appear and it can ruin the relationship of each family members. It is important for everyone to think and analyze everything first before making the decision, specially if the people involves in that decision is your family.

Enough with simple decision-making and let's jump to higher level of decision-making which are the leaders and government who ruling this nation. They are the one who had biggest responsibility and need to think well before implementing a decision because single person is not the target here but millions of people who living on this archipelago. We all know that "a great power comes with big responsibility" in real life that power is gained by president and politicians who sitting at their position. They are the one who implementing laws, enforcing orders, making economy progress and helping the citizen to overcome poverty. As we can see our government had the ability to decide for Filipinos. In crucial moments like disasters, Government are the one who will last and making a decision to solve the problems brought by those disaster. Govenrment officials are not deciding based on their perspectives, they analyze he problems first then subdue all the negative outcome of every decisions. This is not an easy job for government officials because in a single matter, it can cause chaos and possibly putting the life of people into danger. In this time of Pandemic, our government is now on crucial moments in which decisions are hard to implement. Government are analyzing the chosen decision first because as we can see Filipinos are too perfect to judge. No matter how government do to its people but still they don't appreciate it. I don't know maybe people are divided into two faction. The dilawan and DDSS I don't know if I'm right because I just heard those term but based on their terms maybe it was people who support Aquino and Duterte. Maybe Filipinos are divided in that two faction that's why no matter how good government does, there are still people who against into it and rallying at the road shouting what they are fighting for. I don't know why Filipinos are toxic, I wish this type of mindset will change and someday those faction will become one. I know that someday hatred gone and it will replace by pure unity and happiness. I'm looking for future that Filipinos will unified in every decisions that the government implement as long as it will help to improve people's living.
