Drinking water is essential for our daily life and drinking less water can lead to many problems and dehydration. In this article we will be speaking about water and it's benefits to humans and why drinking water on a daily basis is important.
Importance of water
Water is really important and drinking a lot of water every day is essential because our body consists of water mostly and that itself makes sense on why we should drink a lot of it everyday. Every human being and living thing including plants drink water every day, and like in some animal cases like the camel for example, which do require water but keeps it in himself because camels live in the desert and you cannot find water always. so they simply keep the water in themselves and that's how they drink everyday so they are also required to drink every day but not in the same system as humans or other animals. Water is very important and drinking other types of liquids like juice is not the same and is not as effective. Avoiding the dehydration is the best for you. Water keeps your system and body lower and temperature and controls the temperature of your body and keeps it cooler which is very important because our human body is designed and created in a way that it should have water to control it's temperature. Other benefits of water are curing your headache because you will have headache if you don't drink water every day and a lot. You even need to drink more of this clear liquid which is very needed and essential if you drink a lot of coffee per day because coffee dehydrates you and without water your nutrients will not be carried in your body. Our system is based on water, literally.
Giving animals you see on the street, water and food too
Animals do love eating food and do drink water just like us and on a hot day giving animals water is essential for them and will keep them cool and hydrated throughout the day. If you somehow see a dog or a cat or a bird that are on the street on a hot day or a sunny day simply give them water from your bottle and they should be fine, and keeping clean water which is drinkable outside of your house maybe in your garden is very good to let insects and birds drink from it when they find it, another great thing is to brush your cat outside for example so the fur stays out and so the birds pick it up and use it in building their nests to lay eggs but that's a different topic but a helpful and useful one. There is a new creation that came out I think around 2 years ago which flavors the water for you without adding any chemicals in it and it's basically a cup that you put water in and eventually you taste a different taste. Something like a fruity or orange or any other flavored water taste, but you're actually drinking normal water which is very good for your daily life and you are doing so by loving the taste of your favorite fruit for example. Flavored water is best for people that don't like drinking water too much.
Oxygen
Water carries oxygen basically to our brain and if you actually like oxygen and you want to stay alive then you always want to drink water to stay alive and healthy and hydrated, oxygen is essential for our life and without this we will basically die from the lack of oxygen to the brain.
Water in hot or sports days
Drinking water on a hot day is even better because you will replace your sweat with water, especially if you play sports or run or jog or play football or basketball or anything like that that makes you sweat on a sunny day or any other day. And don't forget to take a shower for a beautiful smell afterwards.
