Dairy products and Milk importance.
Hello everyone hope you all doing good, today i decided to share about milk how it is important in our daily life and its benefits , also i am going to share milk shake recipe with you all, that is tasty and same time healthy to have it. it is good for our body and mind, it gives us many benefits and specially milk which is great for many things.
Milk
Drinking milk is important and some people are lactose intolerant therefore they cannot drink milk but its possible to drink some type of milk that is suitable for them, and while milk is very important, excessive milk can be damaging, and can also cause phlegm in an excessive way. Too much dairy is bad for our health. Milk is great and provides protein and is fulfilling and there is no drink that can make you feel the same like milk, it is amazing and pure joy and It packs a lot of vitamins as well.
Discovery
Milk was probably discovered by European farmers back in time and people basically started to drink milk around 8000 years ago which is a long time when people started to discover that they can actually drink the cows milk or animals milk and therefore started to have a use for it.
Milkshakes and other treats
You can have many treats including milk which can be something like a milkshake or cake, cupcakes or even chocolates or ice creams, a lot of treats can be done which are delicious and easy to prepare, chocolates for example are made using milk, well maybe not all of them but most of them and at least the ones we buy in the stores and you can even make your own chocolate with milk, ice creams on the other hand are also made with milk and they are lovely and you can also do your own ice cream at home in summer. Some smoothies can include milk with strawberries and bananas, and of course sugar.

Procedure of Making it.
So first of all you need to add in mixture A glass of Milk and strawberries , sugar depending on you how much sweet you want , add banana, some almonds after that add some dry figs and finally you add in the mixture honey 2 spoon and then mix it well. and your delicious smoothie shake is ready to drink. this will increase your energy and gives you a lot of good benefits as fruits has good benefits for us and as milk. very healthy for our bones.
Products of dairy
Dairy products can be delicious, some of them are sour while others can be sweet. Dairy like cheese or yogurt is a must to have in every house and they make great snacks or food for the everyday usage and you can make grilled cheese or drink yogurt with some barbecue chicken or any other food you enjoy drinking yogurt with. Other dairy products like Greek yogurt is also delicious and sour as well and is also used with bread to be eaten and some salt added to the sandwich including some tomatoes or cucumbers which makes a great vegetarian sandwich for you to eat and enjoy. Trust me you will love it. Greek yogurt types can be something like Labnah which is Greek yogurt but from Arabic origin or Lebanese to be preside, and is definitely a famous food to have in your house as an Arabic person, which can be eaten daily and is low in calories.
Nutrition's
Drinking milk will give you a lot of benefits including a lot of vitamins and protein like calcium and phosphorus, not to mention that the milk is actually great for your body because the calcium is ready to be absorbed unlike other calcium that come from other products. This drink is also great for your teeth and gives you strong teeth and bones as well, especially for children and even adults that have weak teeth or bones and prevents osteoporosis disease and lowers high blood pressure. Kids do drink powder milk which is not the same thing as real cow milk but is still good for them because it packs vitamins and it tastes similar to the original taste, not totally through.

Milk is really healthy and good to drink but I don't know why I dislike it ... though I eat milk every day at home
