Chocolate is a sweet food that makes us all happy whenever we eat it, and is definitely full of nutrition as well as calories, and eating chocolate in moderation is a key factor to not getting over weight and in avoiding obesity. Chocolate was first heard of in the year 1847 as a chocolate bar, it was made out of sugar and cocoa butter along with chocolate liquor and in the latter, Milk-Chocolate was invented in the year 1876. The origin of chocolate bars is British.
2 - Chocolate Benefits
Those sweet good looking things can surely provide us with health benefits and people should definitely add chocolate to their diet. Some of the benefits include:
Heart Disease Prevention: Eating Dark chocolate can actually help in preventing heart disease in people who consume it. Great addition to our diet.
Lowering blood pressure: This sweet food, specially talking about Dark Chocolate, can really lower the blood pressure of people if consumed on a daily basis or about four to five times a week.
Reducing the risk of having a stroke: Chocolate can help in the reduction of having a stroke in people who eat it.
Mood: Chocolates vary in sweetness but the least amount can definitely change your mood to the better.
Diabetes: Eating slim to no dark chocolate is going to put you in a higher risk of developing diabetes in the long run. Eat them chocolates!
Dieting: While dieting, people think of chocolate in the end of their list because it packs a lot of calories, but did you know that Dark Chocolate can help reduce your appetite? Therefor reducing your food intake, and helping in your diet!
Vitamins: Dark Chocolates packs tons of nutrition values like iron, manganese, copper and other. Moreover, different types of chocolates can also have healthy nutrition values.
Antioxidants: Chocolate bars and other types do pack antioxidants that are good for us humans.
Improving your memory: Flavanols, taken in big quantities do help improve a person's memory, scientific fact!
Less sunburns: Taking a huge amount of Flavanols can surely help in having less sunburns on the beach, better handling of UV lights.
Blood flow to your brain: Flavanols, be it in great quantities can surely help in giving the person greater blood flow to the brain, contributing in a greater brain capability, specially for doing a task.

Chocolates comes in different types and flavors, some are sweet and others are sweeter or bitter. Tasting all of them is the way to go, it's always good having chocolate.
Dark Chocolate: Which is a bitter in general but can be sweeter as well, is the best type of chocolate that gives us healthy benefits, and has 0% milk.
White Chocolate: Which is sweet in general, and contains milk, as well as sugar and cocoa butter. It feels more like a no-chocolate treat, but is definitely one.
Milk Chocolate: Which is most of the people's favorite. It comes packed in milk and cacao, along with sugar. It has tons of calories and also health benefits. It surely tastes sweet and makes you happy.
The Semi Sweet Chocolate: Which is also a type of chocolate that is basically half sweet, it is mostly used for baking.
The Bitter Sweet Chocolate: Which is basically a bitter version of chocolates, but with a little sweetness added to it.
The Couverture Chocolate: Which comes in white or dark or milk flavor, is a type that melts all over it self providing a great taste for whatever you dip in it, including but not limited to, Candy. It is similar to Nutella.
Ruby Chocolate: China experienced the first appearance of this type of chocolate that was invented in the year 2017 , it is a new version of chocolate that tastes like fruits and tarte, it is pink colored without adding coloration, and made by a Belgian-Swiss cocoa company.
Conclusion: Adding chocolate to our diet makes our life happier and tastier, and provides us with health benefits. There are more types of chocolates which I haven't included in this article but are as good as the mentioned ones.

cacao and cocoa are two different things. with one being roasted while the other is not.
