With the summer here, downing a beer or two is sure to cool you down and save you from the summer heat. At the same time, beer does have a whole lot of benefits for your hair as well! Did you know beer is rich in protein that makes the hair strong and nourishes it?

Benefits Of Using Beer On Your Mane:

• The nutrients present in beer help in repairing dried damaged hair.

• Being a rich source of Vitamin B it helps bring that shine to your mane by tightening the hair's cuticles.

• It promotes hair growth as iron, copper, amino acids, potassium, and antioxidants are present in it naturally.

• It is a great source to strengthen hair.

How To Use Beer To Tame Your Mane?

The easiest way of using beer on your mane is just using it directly to rinse your hair finally after shampoo, doing this at least twice a week will strengthen and lengthen your hair. However, I am sharing a couple of other recipes how you can use beer here.

• Treatment for Oily Hair

Combine equal parts of Milk and Beer and apply it to your hair and leave it for 20 mins. Rinse it off with shampoo. The acidic compounds in milk and beer will help reduce the oil in your scalp.

• Volume Boost

Mix 1/4th cup of Beer and Water along with 2tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar. This combo will give your hair a good bounce and volume. Apple Cider Vinegar will help cut off the smell of beer.

• Lighten Your Hair

This is an amazing tip for people with light-colored or blonde hair! Mix 3tsp of Water, 3tsp of Beer, 2tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar, 7 drops of lemon juice. Spray it on your hair after one round of shampoo wash. Leave it for a couple of minutes (for best results step out in the sun) and rinse off with plain water. This is help maintain the beautiful color of your hair.

Tip: Use room temperature beer rather than one that's right out of the fridge.
