Former Production worker `January, 21,2022` `2410 Kuwait time` Applying for a job was quite difficult when you're not a degree holder. We often heard from our parents that we must study hard so that we can get a better job in the future as they don't want us to be like them that they don't have enough knowledge for they, not finished even elementary level.
As we compare our generation to our parents there is a big difference wherein before the wife was only inside the house and doing household chores while the man he's the one was responsible for bringing the food for his family. As the year's pass-through we women dare to perform what the man can do that we have the capability of doing works that they think we can't. If only I had a chance to pursue my studies before I wouldn't let it pass without grabbing it but then I don't have luck in that substance. Since I'm not a degree holder expect that I can only apply for a job that suits my qualification and that im qualified only for a production worker. But even if only applying for a production worker, it's yet difficult for other companies to have a set of qualifications for those applying in that position. Hunting for a job in the Philippines is quite difficult no wonder that primarily there are too many unemployed for the reason some are not qualified for the qualifications that they acquired for their company most of them requiring a height, some want to have experience before.
Struggling to find a job, others sometimes give up for it's hard to apply for they cannot pass the qualifications that companies want, your one of a lucky applicant if you hired after a couple of days finding a vacant job.
One reason why I stick in one company for over 6 years of being in service even if it is not good at handling their employees the only good thing for them is that they have open contracts while other companies have a 6months contractual. Open contract means that you can work in their company as long as they want your service that if they like your performance you can work even for how many years.
I have been working as a production employee for over 6 years I was in a packaging department having 12hours working hours and we have a weekly shipping schedule though it's a lower wage, as an individual not finishing studies we are staying in that position just to have a stable job.
Some companies take advantage of those people who are less when it comes to the educational background and that they think that this person will stay for they don't have a choice. I consider also one reason why im applying for work abroad as I am noticing that even we work 12hours a day 7 days a week but still salary is not enough for we are receiving not a minimum wage. `Message` I would end up in here, thank you, everyone, for the unending support God Bless us all. To all readers, upvoters, commenters, thank you so much!

A lot of people face challenge while searching for jobs especially when you are not a degree holder it is really odd
For me that is very really okay that you are not a degree holder as long as your job didn't affect any person. Basta't marangal at legal, that's very okay.
Yes Po, I don't have any formal introduction it was just a glimpse about myself.
My dear friend, I wish you eternal success at work. Working has many difficulties and challenges, especially for women, who have other responsibilities at home and for their children. You are certainly a very good employee, that having worked in one place for 6 years...
Exactly friend hard work but for family we can do everything.
*Lisod jud kaayo Mangita ug trabaho dae kay ang ubang company naa'y height qualifications plus Dili pwede kung naa'y bata na 1 year old below..Asa ka nag work before dae?*

No matter what you do, it is always difficult for a girl. Because a girl has to do the housework right along with the outside work.
Exactly sis we can do double time even if it's difficult but we need to for our family.
Grabehan rin talaga ate yung qualifications dito sa Pinas eh, ang tataas ng standards🤧 kaya yung iba po no choice kundi to find their luck in other country
The most concern of the people which is the qualifications here in our country sis. It's really hard when you applying a job because of the high qualifications but mostly the salary is not enough. It's really sad when you realized it that they have a high qualifications but their salaries is not suit to the said qualifications that's what I've hate. The reason why there are a lot of people going to abroad because mostly the opportunities there is much better than here in our country.
Some of the youths humihinto na sa pag-aaral para makapagtrabaho, and I understand them, sa hirap pa naman ng buhay, but for me as long as may opportunity na makapagtapos mas maiging mag tapos kasi halos na mga pwedi mong pagtrabahuan need ng degree certificate.
Kaya yung iba sis nagpupunta sa ibang bansa kasi masyadong mataas qualifications dito satin, akala mo naman 1st world country, bawal pa mag double job, sa US nga pede ka mag part time as long as kaya ng katawan mo
