Happiness for you and happiness for others can be different. The reason? it is simply because each one of us has our own definition for it.
For me, the definition of happiness is only simple. Happiness means being contented to what I have. I don't need to have the luxuries to feel happy. That is why I admire those people who are very rich but they choose to live a simple life.
Anyways, you can choose to be happy. The following may help you become more happy in life.
Always smile. Do not hide your smile. Instead, show it to others. Smiling can help you rid a stressful life. So, just smile.
Get Plenty of sleep. Have at least 7 hours of sleep every night so that when you wake up in the morning, you will be in a good mood.
Be Grateful. Appreciate everything even the small things. I assure you, it can make you happy and it can boost your mood.
Have a regular exercise. Exercising is not only good for your bones and body. It is also good to your mind and soul. It can make you feel happy and get rid of stress.
Perform acts of kindness. Helping others is not that hard and it is not that bad. If you help someone, there is a feeling inside you that will keep you smile and be happy.
Bond with friends and family. Have a quality time bonding with your friends and family. It will help you forget the things that keep your mind busy.
I only give 6 ways to be happy, but I hope that those six things are already enough to make you feel better and happy.
