Anger is the most violent of human emotions. Because it involves such strong feelings, anger borders closely on sin.Try to get some exercise every day to keep stress and anger at bay. For a quick way to manage anger, go for a brisk walk, bike ride, run. Or do some other form of physical activity when you feel anger growing. Or The primary message of anger is, “Get out of my way!” and communicates anything from mere dissatisfaction to threats. When we're angry, it's possible to experience other feelings such as fear (of inflicting harm to ourselves or others) or disgust (for the person or thing blocking you from your goal). Angry can make someone loss his or her life.

This is what getting angry easily can cause... He want to slap the little girl because she matched him.

we have the "lion" of anger within us. We must master it or it will master us. God has not said that we are never to be angry, but He has warned us of the danger of uncontrolled anger. When anger is out of control, it does great damage. When we become so angry that we want to lash out at someone and hurt them, we are sinning deeply. We call this "losing our temper." Sometimes we think that we show how strong we are when we lose our temper, but losing our temper is a sign of weakness, not strength. "Do not hasten in your spirit to be angry, for anger rests in the bosom of fools."To suppress anger is to keep it inside. Some people lose their temper and express their anger openly. Others have the same angry feelings but manage to keep them bottled up inside. Anger that is bottled up or kept inside of us hurts and keeps on hurting. It turns to resentment and bitterness, and it can bring on depression as well as many kinds of physical illnesses.

Getting angry easily, can always make you fight with people anyhow. ( the thing that cause this fight do not even have meaning, just a small thing. That is what hot temper can cause.)

1. Sometimes some people silence doesn’t mean that they quit
 It simply means that they don’t want to argue with people who just don’t want to understand..

2. Don’t make promises when you’re happy. Don’t reply when you’re angry. Don’t make decisions when you’re sad. Don’t text when your drunk.

3. While you’re hating your life just because you can’t get what you want, someone is praying to have a life like yours.

4. You don’t need to manage your anger, people need to manage their stupidity.

5. Anger is a feeling that makes your mouth work faster than your mind.

6. You don’t regret my past. you just regret the time you have wasted with the wrong people.

7. You will not delete them or block them. You will keep them there so they will be able to see how happy you are without them.

8. Everything is getting expensive except some people, they are getting cheaper. And When you stopped believing in me, I will also stop too.

9. Some things can never be forgotten and nor forgiven. And The more you get to know guys, the more they like dogs.

10. You just don’t care if anyone doesn’t like you, you wasn’t put on earth to entertain everyone.

11. Your life, your choices, your problems, your mistakes, your lessons. Is not they business, let them mind they own problems before they talk about yours.

12. You can’t trust anybody these days
you think you have a good friend till you turn around and realize they have the knife 6 inches deep in your back.

How to control Anger?

1. Relaxation. Simple relaxation tools, such as deep breathing and relaxing imagery, can help calm down angry feelings.

2. Cognitive Restructuring. Simply put, this means changing the way you think.

3. Problem Solving.

4. Better Communication.

5. Using Humor.

6. Changing Your Environment.

7. Some Other Tips for Easing Up on Yourself.

We like to be looked up to and admired by others. For this reason we are jealous of others when they succeed. Jealousy often turns into anger when someone gets the job or honor that we wanted. Again, the root cause of these wrong feelings is SELF. These are but a few temper producing situations, but they show us that the root cause of temper is SELF. We may not realize it, but the main reason for all our discontent is that we love ourselves and want to please ourselves. So long as we make ourselves the center of everything, we will react with anger when anyone crosses us. We lose our temper is not determined by what happens on the outside. It is determined by the one in control on the inside.

Getting too much angry can make you destroy your properties.
After he finished destroying his properties, now he is regretting it. Too much anger is not good.

Conclusion

Unless we see the seriousness of our temper and determine to be delivered from it, we will not overcome it. If we are satisfied to go on as we have been going, we will know nothing of God's victory over the sin of temper.

A controlled anger; that is becoming angry without hurting someone could be good at times. Anger could generate good energy to do greater things. So being angry isn’t all bad entirely. But it’s very difficult to be controlled, and to be channeled to good output.
