But let's start at the beginning, what is FLAT.FM?
FLAT.FM was born nearly 10 years ago, a small local Russian radio station. It very quickly managed to stand out on the music market, and quite quickly this young local radio station, full of ambition to offer artists who take time to work on their Mixes, and who love what they do, to broadcast them on their radio.

But the reality today is sad (these words are only mine, and I alone do not speak on behalf of FLAT.FM), no matter where we are on earth, whether we listen to the radio, watch TV, or walk the streets, there is always background music following us everywhere, but this music is just the 'commercial' aspect of this magical ancestral art.

For the 1% that we hear, they are simply considered as a 'cash industry', these words are crude, maybe even vulgar, but they are mine (from my experience in the music world), and all the other artists who don't play 'commercial' music, for the biggest Major Labels in the world, they have no place in our musical landscape.
