Coffee Jelly

Hi everyone so for today's recipe it's one of our family main dessert everytime we're celebrating any occassion and that is Coffe Jelly.

It is easy to do and affordable. The ingredients that we need are as follows:

25 grams original coffee powder (its only in sachet. for example, im always using the nescafe 25grams original coffee)

¼ brown sugar

4 pcs of black jelly powder

¼ sago

2 evaporated milk

1 condensed milk

1 all purposed cream

To make a coffee jelly, the first step would be mix the black jelly powder, 4 tbs of brown sugar and the coffee powder( you can put ¾ of the sachet coffee but it still depend on your taste). Make sure that you mixed these three in a bowl properly.

Next is bowl a 20 cups of water (5 cups per sachet of jelly powder). Wait until the water boils before you put the mixed ingredients(sugar,coffee and jelly powder) on it.

Mixed it together with average heat for 5-10 minutes until it gradually mixed and dissolved.

After cooking it, put it in the containers or tupperware to ready it for an overnight cooling in the refrigerator.

In the morning, after you cool and solidified it you can start cutting it into cubes or rectangular shape. You can also start cooking the sago with sugar.

To cook sago , wash he sago two times before puting it in the pan. Then add all the remaining sugar on it. Stir it under an average heat. Wait for 3-5 minutes.

Since, you're done cutting into cubes/rectangular shapes the solidified jelly and sago. The next thIng you need to do are mixed the condense milk, evaporated milk and all.purpose cream. You can use mixer to mix it perfectly.

After doing this, Put the cutted jelly and sago in the large serving bowl and slowly mixed the three milk (evaporated,condensed and all purpose). Stir it together and It's done!

Note: you can also add nata de coco if you only like. And you can also just buy an already made jelly that is used in making coffee jelly, though were not using it because it's much better to flavored the jelly itself by the coffee to.match it in the sweetness of milks.
