Some healthy habits to stay healthy, you need to look after your whole body. This includes your excretory organs, which are easy to forget. Here are some good habits to pick up if you want to keep these organs in good working order.
Avoid eating too much rich food and drinking alcohol. These can give your kidneys too much work to do. They may also "clog up" your kidneys with harmful deposits.
Remember to wash yourself regularly atleast once a day. Sweat doesn't smell, but it does if bacteria get to work on it! Sweat can also give off an odour if you've eaten spicy foods or garlic. Pay special attention to your armpits when you wash.
