Chayote Omelette

Ingredients:

Medium size chayote

3 small eggs

Garlic

Onion

Cooking oil

Salt

Pepper

Procedures:

  1. Cut chayote in small strips

  2. Heat the pan and saute the garlic and onion for 1 minute.

  3. Add the strips chayote and wait until the chayote become soft.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste

  5. In a bowl put the chayote and add 3 small eggs.

  6. Mixed it together, add salt and pepper.

  7. In a pan, put the cooking oil.

  8. Put a small amount of chayote mixture in a spoon ang put it in the heat pan.

  9. Wait until the chayote Omelette is brown.

  10. Once it is already cook, you can serve it together with a catsup.
