High immune system helps a lot to protect us from the virus. Even if, we got the virus our condition can't be that critical.
Here are the tips:
Have enough sleep. Make sure you have 8 hours of sleep every night. Complete hours of sleep helps a lot to relax our mind and body.
Exercise Regularly. Exercise regularly even if we're quarantine at home. Exercising helps our mind to think sharp and makes our body active. Atleast 15 to 30 minutes after waking up everyday would do. You can do walking, stretching, jogging, pushups, curl ups, planking, etc.
Keep Hydrated. Drink at least 3 liters per day. You can also drink teas like turmeric, ginger and green tea to cool down our throat.
Eat healthy foods. Eat a complete meal everyday. In times like this, foods high in zinc are recommended like beans, nuts, mushrooms, tofu, etc.
Take Vitamins. Take your vitamins regularly and never miss one. Take vitamins like multivitamin tablets or capsule, once a day and Vitamin C, 1 to 3 times a day. In this kind of situation like this pandemic, taking Vitamin C is highly recommended.
