Ang nasaksihan ng tatlong alagad ni Hesus ay hindi naiiba sa enkwentro natin kay Hesus lalo na sa oras ng Eukaristiya. Nababago ang tinapay at alak, ito’y nagiging katawan at dugo ni Jesu-Cristo. Kaya dapat sa bawat pagtanggap natin ng kanyang katawan at dugo tayo ay patuloy na nababago patungo sa Kanyang anyo. Sa pagbabago natin sa ating buhay ay nangyayari sa tulong ng Espiritu Santo. Hindi natin pwedeng ipagmalaki ang mga gawain nating kabutihan dahil hindi ito nagmumula sa atin. Ito ay sanhi at udyok ng Banal na Espiritu na kumikilos sa ating buhay. Ang tanging bagay na ating ipagmalaki ay ang krus ng ating Panginoong Jesu-Cristo. Tayo ay namatay na sa ating mga sarili kaya tayo ngayon ay mga bagong nilalang na. Hindi na tayo nabubuhay para sa sarili lamang pero para sa Diyos at sa ating kapwa.
