(I suggest you need to watch the movie before reading it)
Many were move after the release of the movie Avengers:Endgame. The movie was directed by the Russo Brothers that did a great impact especially to the Marvel Cinematic Universe Lovers/Fanatics.
The death of Tony Stark (played by Robert Downey Jr.) brought a lot of emotions at the cinema. "I Love You 300" was the most iconic line that really struck at the viewers mind. A lot of people may have mark it as his last words but its not. Moving forward after the snap you could see that Pepper and Tony did have a small conversation. "Hey Pep!" Was really his last words before he died. An easter egg for you guys.
But whatever his last words were, I must say that the film overall did a great impact for Marvel Cinematic Universe and to the actors themselves. Though it really brought an end to the last era, it sets a new platform of introduction for the upcoming characters the MCU will introduce.
